در روز شنبه 21 تیرماه 1399 نمایشی از توانایی و همبستگی تشکلهای صنفی فرهنگیان ایران رقم خورد.
در این روز که بدون فراخوان عمومی بیش از 60 تن از نمایندگان تشکلها و فعالان صنفی از سراسر ایران برای پشتیبانی از 7 تن از اعضای انجمن صنفی فرهنگیان خراسان شمالی، که به خاطر احقاق حقوق خود و تلاش برای بهبود سیستم آموزش و پرورش فرزندان ایران ، در مرحله ی دادگاه بدوی توسط آقایان جوان و جوهری به 41 سال زندان ، شلاق و تبعید محکوم شده اند، و در شعبه ی 4 دادگاه تجدید نظر این احکام ظالمانه توسط محمد عسکری مقدم ، رئیس شعبه و مستشاران وی عباسعلی نظری و حسن نوری تایید شد، در کنار سایر فعالان صنفی در شهر بجنورد حضور یافتند.
در نخستین گام این همایش بزرگ، نمایندگانی از تشکلها:

عزیز قاسم زاده«تشکل گیلان»
حسین سلامی«تشکل مازندران»
محمود صفدری ویعقوب یزدانی « تشکل خراسان شمالی»
حکیم الهی « فعال صنفی خراسان رضوی»
محمود ملاکی «تشکل بوشهر»
احمد قادری« تشکل سقز وزیویه »
رسول بُداقی « تشکل اسلامشهر»
حضور داشتند ، و به نمایندگی از سایرین ،با مدیرکل ارجمندآموزش و پرورش استان خراسان شمالی ،جناب سعیدی و مشاور حقوقی سازمان آ.پ در دفتر ایشان دیدار کردند.
در این دیدار که دوساعت طول کشید، پیرامون راههای اثبات بی گناهی متهمان این پرونده ی ساختگی و تبرئه ی متهمان بحث و تبادل اندیشه شد.
در پایان این دیدار قرار شد،جناب سعیدی رئیس سازمان آموزش و پرورش استان خراسان شمالی ،با مشورت مشاور حقوقی سازمان آموزش و پرورش استان با مسئولین قضایی ، در راستای تبرئه ی متهمان این پرونده رایزنی و نامه نگاری کند.

در طول ساعات مذاکره ،سایر معلمان و فعالان صنفی،که از نقاط دور و نزدیک ایران برای ابراز همراهی ، تا تبرئه ی آنان ،به بجنورد سفرکرده بودند،در نماز خانه ی سازمان آموزش و پرورش نشسته و چشم به راه بازگشت نمایندگان خود در این دیدار بودند.

همچنین مهمانان در این نشست خواستار حضور آقایان ابوالفضل ژیان فر و عباس پناهی ، مسئولین تخلفات اداری سازمان آموزش و پرورش خراسان شمالی، که با پرونده سازی جعلی ، حکم بازنشستگی زود هنگام جناب محمد رضا رمضان زاده را از شغل شریف معلمی صادر کرده اند، در جمع خود شدند.
اما آنان با سرافکندگی از جمع گریخته و از حضور برای پاسخگویی خودداری کردند.

همچنین در این مرحله دیدارهایی با استانداری خراسان شمالی و دادستان استان انجام شد که گزارش آن نیزبه زودی پخش خواهد شد.
