اعتصاب غذای اسماعیل عبدی معلم زندانی

اسماعیل عبدی معلمی که مدت 6 سال است به خاطر مخالفت با مدارس پولی و زندگی معلمان در زیر خط فقر در زندان به سر می برد ،  از بند 8 به بند 6 منتقل شده است.
وی از روز یکشنبه ۱۷ اسفند 99 در اعتراض به انتقال غیر قانونی خود،  قطع ارتباط تلفنی با خانواده ومحدودیتهای دیگر  اعتصاب غذا کرده است.

دلایل انتقال غیر قانونی اسماعیل عبدی  از بند ۸  به بند ۶ ازدید نیروهای امنیتی به شرح زیر می باشد:

1-گزارش دروغین مسئولین بند ۸ که تحرکات سیاسی (بیانیه، برگزاری مراسم و اعتراضات جمعی) توسط آقای عبدی برنامه ریزی شده است.

2-برگزای مراسم یابود زنده یاد بهنام محجوبی( زندانی سیاسی که به تازگی به دلیل عدم توجه بهداری و مسئولین زندان فوت شد)  اجرای سخنرانی و خواندن شعرهای اعتراضی با مجری گری آقای عبدی

3_ مسئولین بند 8 به دروغ گزارش کرده اند که ، پس از قطع تلفن کیوان صمیمی از زندانیان سیاسی بند هشت، رابط وی  با بیرون از زندان اسماعیل عبدی بوده است !!

یاد آوری می شود ، طبق آیین نامه ی سازمان زندانها(تفکیک جرایم) محل نگهداری   زندانیان سیاسی باید از سایر زندانیان  جدا باشد. اما متاسفانه این قانون در باره ی آقای عبدی رعایت نشده است.وی هم اکنون در بند ۶ زندان اوین که نه کتابخانه دارد و نه بخش فرهنگی آن فعال است  نگهداری می شود.

اسماعیل عبدی می گوید تا بازگشت وی به بند 8 همچنان به اتصاب غذای خود ادامه خواهد داد.
