جلیل قیصری در اِسا شعر، دایره ی وسیعی برای زیست شعر مازندرانی ترسیم نموده است. اِساشعر هرروز بر گسترش بیان و احساس شاعران این دیار می افزاید، آنچه که اهمیت دارد ، سرزندگی و پویایی ادبیات کهن دیار مازندران است، که از پس قرنها به راه خویش همچنان ادامه می دهد، حتی توجه به واژه های کهنه تر ونگاه ارگانیسم به شعربومی تبری ،جذابیت و زیبایی های آنرا ، دو چندان می کند. امیدوار به جاودانه بودن زبان وادب کهن دیارمان ، مازندران هستیم.
