« اعلام رسمی خبر گزارش فردوسی پور در اینستاگرام فارسی ای اف سی، باعث شد تا ظرف ۲۴ ساعت تعداد دنبال کننده های این صفحه از حدود ۱۸۰ هزار نفر به بیش از ۲ میلیون نفر برسد و روز گذشته هم ۴ میلیون و ۶۰۰ هزار نفر با ورود به لایو AFC گزارش عادل فردوسی پور را دنبال کردند.

ضمن اینکه این لایو با ۸۰۹ هزار بیننده در لحظه، رکورد منحصر به فردی را از خود به جای گذاشت »

خبر فوق از منظر روانشناسی اجتماعی  و جامعه شناسی  این اهمیت را دارد که  پرسیده شود  چرا یک چهره ورزشی  که در دنیایِ گزارشگری این همه مقبولیت اجتماعی دارد  و  مورد استقبال  کم نظیر و شاید هم بی نظیر انبوه ورزش دوستان فوتبالی  قرار می گیرد باید از شبکه جوانِ 3 حذف شود؟

آیا  علت ضعف،  در مدیریت سیمایِ شبکه سه  در جذب نخبگانِ خالق و یا عدم تاب آوری مسوولین این شبکه  در پذیرش محتوای برنامه 90 می باشد ؟

یا اینکه این ادعا که  “خارج شدنِ از مدار” این نخبه، سبب  انزوای او شده است ؟   این  ریل مدارِ معیار  دربرگیرنده چه چیزهایی می تواند باشد  که سبب ممنوع التصویری عادل در سیما شده است ؟  آیا  افزایش  خیره کننده دنبال کننده های اینستاگرامِ فارسی  ” ای  اف  سی”   به یک رقم  بسیار بالای دوسه میلیونی آنهم در یک مدت زمان کوتاه    به معنایِ یک واکنشِ معطوف به اراده جمعیِ  گسترده آگاهانه   در مقابل یک کنش و  تصمیم شخصی ( جناب فروغی ) هست یا  یک اتفاق ساده ؟

… البته  به سختی می توان پذیرفت  که  کوچ یک جمعیتِ بزرگِ  فوتبالیِ به غالب جوان طالبِ شنیدن صدای خاص یک گزارشگر به یک آدرس اینستاگرامی ( ای اف سی )   یک امر ساده باشد؟! .

جواب به این سوالات و سوالات مشابه دیگر  از چند فرضیه نمی تواند خارج باشد  :

فرض اول :  توانمندی عادل فردوسی پور در برقراری ارتباط موثرِ دوسویه با مخاطبان ورزش دوستِ اغلب جوان تحصیل کرده ، جذب و نشاندن آنها در پای تلویزیون  و  نیز نمایندگی کردن از جانب آنان   در بیان ضعف ها و نقاط قوت  فوتبال ایران  ( کافی هست به آمار مخاطبین برنامه 90 در زمان پخش این برنامه مراجعه شود  و آن را با دیگر مخاطبین برنامه های هفتگی سیمایِ شبکه جوانان مقایسه کرد )   که این نقطه قوتِ این گزارشگر  (  مفسرِ ورزشی، اهل ورزش، نویسنده ، استاد دانشگاه،  فارغ التحصیل یک دانشگاه معتبر، مترجم در میان همه مفسران فوتبالی ) سبب محبوبیتِ وی  و عامل  تحریک کننده  نقطه ضعف برخی ها بوده  تا  حسِ حسادت آنها برانگیخته شود  و تصمیم به نبودنش ..

فرض دوم :  نحوه کار  و محتوای برنامه های فردوسی پور با  شیوه مدیریتِ مدیر شبکه سه و خواسته های او  در تضاد بوده است ،لذا بر اساس این نگاه  عادل از  مدار خارج شده است

فرض سوم :  فردوسی پور از مدارِ اصول ، ارزش ها و چارچوب  قوانین خارج شده باشد.

درباره فرض  دوم و سوم   و به طور ویژه  فرض سوم از آنجا که   افکار عمومی ابهام دارد  و در این زمینه  هیچ شفاف سازی نشده است  که مثلا این گزارشگر  به دلیل اختلاس ، سوءاستفاده مالی ،  فساد اخلاقی و یا دلایل اقناعی دیگر  کنار گذاشته شده است  بنابراین  بیشتر نگاه ها متوجه فرض اول هست  که با آن ،  عادل توسط مدیریت شبکه 3 از تلویزیون رانده می شود !  که اگر این فرض تایید و تاکید شود   باید  ضعف بزرگ را  در یک چیز دانست :  ضعفِ ناتوانی خود  در پذیرشِ حقیقت قوت و توانمندیِ دیگران …. ضعفی که سم مهلک مدیریت هاست،  ضعفی که بزرگ ترینِ  ضعف ها هست که مبادا  این  قول منصوب به ” کارل  گوستاو یونگ ”  ( روان پزشک و فیلسوف سوئیسی )  در این جا  مصداق پیدا بکند،که می گوید : « اگر انسانی بیش از دیگران بداند تنها می شود »!!

عادل فردوسی پور توسط رییس شبکه 3 سیما از سیما رانده می شود   و با این گفتار و توجیه  بدرقه می گردد که ” از مدار خارج شده است.” بعد از توصیه های فراوان در  به بکارگیری مجدد ایشان  به خاطر ویژگی های منحصر به فردی که داشته و دارند   : …. ” خلاقیت ، نقد کارشناسانه به مدیریت سنتی باشگاه ها ، به چالش کشاندن مدیران ، داوران ، مربیان و مسوولان  در روش ها و شیوه های کاریشان  ، رودرو کردن  گویندگان، مالکین و صاحب نظرانِ ورزشیِ صحبت های احیانا عادت شده پشت سرهمی !  و خلق شفافیت در گفته ها و ادعاها  و کشف  حقیقت  در بین الطرفین مدعاها ،  نوآفرینی  در تطبیق ها و قیاس ها (  سبک بازی در آسیا ، آفریقا ، اروپا و  آمریکای جنوبی و مرکزی )    ….  و اصرار بر  حذف  ؛  طبیعی هست یک پدیده انرژیک ( انسانیِ انرژی دهنده )  مانند عادل  که   سرشار  از انرژیِ جَذَبه  می باشد   جاذبیتش سبب  مجذوبیت و محبوبیت او  در میان افکار عمومی باشد   لذا  دیگران ( به هر قصد و نیت  ) با علم به این مولفه های نفوذ و قوت   و با آگاهی از آن نقطه ی ضعف مدیریتی   توانستند موفق بشوند و در یک کار غافلگیرانه  که هرگز درذهن مدیریت فروغی  ” فروغی ” نداشته است، هم  محبوبیت ملی یک چهره را در دنیایِ ورزش جهانی کنند  و هم   در این رقابت  بیشتر از آنکه در تخصص ورزشیان  علل باخت تیم پیروزی   تحلیل شود علل باخت فروغی مورد توجه  کارشناسانِ تحلیل گر اجتماعی و رسانه ای قرار گیرد .. باختی که  می تواند  یک علت  آن ناشی از نوعی فرافکنی روانشناسانه  باشد  که  در آن و به تعبیر ” ویکتور فرانکل ” در کتاب انسان در جستجوی معنا ( نقل به مضمون )  هدف ها در آینده دیده و اندیشیده نمی شوند ( کوته نگری  ، باندی و گروهی اندیشیدن) و  چون بر اندیشه های گذشته می مانند  همین امر باعث سقوط فرد  می شود  که در اینجا مراد  از سقوط  افتادن از نظر افکار عمومی هست .  در تعبیری دیگر از یک استاد فلسفه  به نام  “پوستین گردرِ نروژی ”   و در کتاب ” دنیای سوفی” در این فرافکنی شاید فرد  آنچه را خود دارد  و یا دارای خصایلی هست  سعی می کند به دیگران نسبت دهد  اما  این حربه حربه کارسازی نمی تواند باشد  چرا که  تاثیرات آن موقتی هست لذا در یک فرصت ( مثلا  رقابت فوتبالی و همین افزایش دنبال کننده های یک پیچ اینستاگرامی ) واقعیت خود را نشان می دهد  و  عاملیت  عامل در  « تنها کردن »  ( فرافکنی های با هدف )   به خودش بر می گردد . باید دانست این حس خودخواهانه ی ناشی از فرافکنی ها از سوی هرکس که باشد  خلاف دلسوزی در مصلحتِ اندیشیدن  برای آفرینش همبستگی اجتماعی و انسجام ملی است . حس تعلق اجتماعی  به عنوان یک حس بالنده ، شیرازه ی تحکیم مبانی اشتراکات در راستای انسجام یک جامعه  در مقابل تهدیدات  بیرونی  به   حساب می آید  که باید ورودی های سیستمِ پردازش به دقت مورد عنایت قرار گیرد  که مبادا  با یک ورودی منفی ( آفرینش حس تفرق  و حذف عامل وحدت بخشِ نشاط دهنده )  هم پردازش ها را منفی سازیم  و هم خروجی های منفی (  افزایش فاصله ها و یاس های اجتماعی ) تحویل دهیم و تحویل بگیریم  و بر بازتولید آن اصرار بکنیم . امری که می تواند  شرایط نامتعادلِ سیستمی  را  بر جامعه  تحمیل کند که نتیجه آن   تصور و ادراک منفی افرادِ جامعه نسبت به یکدیگر  خواهد شد ؛ ادراک و دریافتی که  نارضایتی اجتماعی ، سرخوردگی بخش انرژیک جامعه ( جوانان و تحصیل کرده ها )  و بی اعتمادی عمومی را دامن خواهد زد  و این امر حس تعلق و عشق جمعی را تضعیف خواهد نمود ؛ یک حس  که عامل نشاط  و یک نیاز اساسی از میان پنج نیاز بنیادینِ مورد نظر روانشناسان (  ویلیام گلاسر  در  کتاب تئوری انتخاب ) و جامعه شناسان ( تعلق به ارزش ها ، هنجارها و قواعد مورد نظر دورکیم ، پارسونز ، اگوست کنت و .. )  در تقویت همبستگی اجتماعی  به شمار می آید و اتفاق افتادن  حسِ ناخوشایند  تفرق و یاس اجتماعی  در نتیجه   کاستن از نقش چهره های محبوبِ نشاط آفرین  ( حذف یا منزوی کردن آنان )   امری بر خلاف مصلحت ها می باشد که در  کشورها و جوامع توسعه یافته   با هدف کاهش آلام  و مشکلات ( سیاسی ،  اقتصادی ، بیماری ها و .. )  مدبرانه  و به عنوان ابزاری عقلانی ، هدفمند  مورد استفاده قرار می دهند  و از آنها به عنوان سرمایه اجتماعی  محافظت به عمل می آورند . از نظر متون دینی نیز  وحدت و همبستگی  مورد تاکید قرار گرفته   و  اختلافات فکری  سبب  رشد و پیشرفت  دانسته شده است  آنجا که  علی ( ع)  به عنوان  بزرگ پرچمدار انسجام  در جامعه اسلامی  بارها  نقدها و مخالفت ها را  امر پذیرفتنی  می داند  تا آنجا که  اتحاد ملی شکسته نشود  و ناامیدی اجتماعی بوجود نیایید .

اینکه  عادل ها  و دیگر  چهره های نقش آفرین ( ولو متفاوت از نظر سلیقه ی کاری و مدیریتی )  به راحتی کنار گذاشته شوند اقدامی شایسته  مورد ارزیابی قرار نمی گیرد ،  شایسته این است که  دانسته شود، جامعه و افکار عمومی  حساسیت خاص خودش را دارد  عکسِ میل و حساسیتِ فردی برخی مدیران؛  این حساسیت جمعی اگر نادیده گرفته شود  به فراموشی  یا زوال روی نخواهد آورد، بلکه  گاه در سکوت  اقدام می کند ( فقط با تعجب و در سکوتِ اندیشه  نگاه می کند )   و گاه در فرصتی  آن سکوت خود را نشان می دهد . به نظر می آید  فروغی جوان در مدیریتش عادل را سر خط خبرها و تحلیل ها نمود،وبا بی اعتنایی به افکار عمومی در دو سه سال اخیر( که فردوسی پور را کنار گذاشته است )    به گونه ای  سبب  کوچ  علاقه مندان   فوتبال  به تماشای یک رقابت  در اینستا گرام دید  و  باعث  شد   « عادل  » با بهاء  و بهانه ها   در  «  فردوسِ افکار عمومی »  محبوب  بماند.
