بیانیە ی دو تشکل صنفی معلمان ایران در محکومیت احکام قضایی علیه فعالین آموزش به زبان مادری و حکم صادره علیه زهرا محمدی

زبان‌‌‌ها روح بشریت هستند.زبان‌ها میراث معنوی بشریت هستند…..باید تمامی سعی خود را برای مراقبت از زبان‌ها بکار گیریم و این در سایە سیستم آموزشی چند زبانە محقق خواهد‌ شد.(مدیرکل یونسکو )

🔺 زبان یکی از بنیادی‌ترین شاخصە‌های یک ملت است کە بر اساس آن فرهنگ و اندیشە هر ملت بە منصە ظهور و بروز می‌رسد.هرجا ملتی توانستەاست زبان خود را آزادانە بیاموزد و گسترش دهد بر غنای فرهنگی و علمی خود و جامعە بشری هم افزودە است.بایکوت کردن هر زبانی تیشەزدن بە ریشە فرهنگی بخشی از جامعە بشری است و ستمی‌است در حق گویشوران آن زبان.

در برخی از کشورها درسایە قوانین مترقی و انسانی،سیستم‌های حکومتی آزاد و دموکراتیک، توانستە‌اند شرایطی فراهم کنند کە اقوام و ملل ساکن در آن چهارچوب جغرافیایی در شرایطی برابر بە توسعە زبان و فرهنگ خود بپردازند و برغنای فرهنگی و زبانی جامعە خود و جهان بیفزایند.
در کشوری چون هندوستان حدود ٨٠ زبان بصورت رسمی در مدارس آموزش دادە می‌شود و دولت امکانات لازم را برای یادگیری متعلمین در اختیار آنها قرار دادە است.
قبل از تشکیل دولت-ملت‌ها در خاورمیانە اندک مجالی کە درسایە حکومت‌های محلی و توجە حاکمان آن زمان بوجود آمد زبان کردی شروع بە رشد و بالندگی کرد و بە سرعت خود را در ردیف زبان‌های دیگری قرار داد کە قرن‌ها زبان دیوانی و حکومتی بودند.

متاسفانه در ادوار بعدی با تنگ‌نظری و نگاە صرف سیاسی بە مسئلە زبان و فرهنگ، جهت تحقق یک ملت-یک دولت، قومی بر اقوام دیگر سلطە و سیطرە یافت و سعی شد با سیاست تک زبانی و تک‌فرهنگی عرصە بر دیگر زبان‌ها و فرهنگ‌ها تنگ شود شاید در سایە ایجاد یک جامعە همگون کشور بە اتحاد و انسجامی غیرقابل گسست برسد،غافل از اینکە تحمیل چنین سیاستی بر اقوام و ملل دیگر نەتنها سبب اتحاد بیشتر نخواهد بود بلکە سبب شکاف،از هم گسیختگی و واگرایی خواهد‌ شد.
بعد از انقلاب ٥٧ این امید وجود داشت کە بستر لازم برای آموزش زبان مادری با توجە بە اصول ١٥ و١٩ قانون اساسی فراهم شود اما گویا همان تفکر انکار و امحا زبان‌ها و فرهنگ‌های دیگر درچهارچوب مرزهای جغرافیایی ایران بە قوت خود باقی‌ ماند و هنوز عدەای بر همان طبل بدصدای یک ملت-یک زبان می کوبند و چەبد صدایی است!!

🔺علیرغم تحقیر قانون اساسی بەجهت معطل گذاشتن اصول ١٥ و ١٩ کە در راستای تدریس زبان اقوام ایرانی‌است و دولت‌ها بر مبنای آن موظف بودەاند امکانات لازم را برای آموزش این زبان‌ها فراهم نمایند،علاقمندان بە زبان و فرهنگ کوردی جهت اعتلای زبان مادری اقدام بە تشکیل انجمن‌ها و کلاس‌های زبان کردی در سراسر مناطق کردستان نمودند و دە‌ها مربی داوطلبانه بە تدریس زبان کردی پرداختند و هزاران نوآموز را زبان مادری آموختند.
تلاشگران و فعالین عرصە فرهنگ و زبان (مادری) در کردستان همیشە با نگاههای امنیتی مواجە، و تنگ نظران و میراث‌داران سیاست سرکوب،انکار و امحا هر‌ از چندگاهی بە بهانەهای مختلف اقدام بە بازداشت فعالین این عرصە نمودە اند که مصداق بارز آن تحمیل حکم دە سال زندان به زهرا محمدی از فعالین آموزش زبان مادری است
انجمن صنفی معلمان کردستان شاخە مریوان حمایت قاطع خود را از زهرا محمدی اعلام داشتە و بیان می‌دارد: سیاست تک زبانی و تک فرهنگی، سیاستی شکست خوردە و بە تاریخ پیوستە است کە نە‌‌تنها خیری نصیب جامعە نخواهد کرد بلکە دود این سیاست بە چشم همە خواهد رفت.لذا انتظار داریم با قبول نگاهی هم عرض و هم سطح زمینە آموزش زبان مادری در این کشور کە تنوعی از اقوام و زبان‌های مختلف است در سریع‌ترین زمان ممکن فراهم گردد و جلو قانون شکنان کە عرصە عمومی را با نیت خوانی، حدس زنی و ظن و گمان محل تاخت و تاز خود قرار دادەاند گرفتە شود.
ما بر این باوریم کە #زهرا_محمدی بیگناە است و چنانچە خود بیان کردە،گناهی جز تدریس زبان مادری ندارد و
اگر فعالیتهای انساندوستانە و تلاش جهت اعتلای زبان مادری و فرهنگ قومی جرم محسوب می‌شود با افتخار همە مجرمیم.
