گزارشی کوتاه از روند پرونده اسماعیل عبدی

✅ اسماعیل عبدی دبیر ریاضی مدارس اسلامشهر عضوهیات مدیره ی کانون صنفی فرهنگیان اسلامشهر و کانون تهران، مربی بین المللی شطرنج ، به خاطر فعالیتهای صنفی از سال 1385 تاکنون بارها بوسیله ی وزارت اطلاعات و سپاه پاسداران بازداشت شده است.

✅ در سال 1389 بازداشت و پس از 40 روز انفرادی و بازجویی به 10 سال زندان محکوم شد ، اما قاضی پروند و سایر مسئولین قضایی در پاسخ به حسین تاج _ وکیل اسماعیل_ و خانواده ی وی پرونده را مختومه اعلام کردند، تا اینکه اسماعیل بار دیگر در سال 94 بوسیله ی سپاه دستگیر و به 5 سال زندان محکوم شد، پنج سال زندان وی نزدیک به پایان بود ، که مسئولین قضایی پرونده سال 89 وی را از زیر غبار روزگار بیرون کشیده و ایشان را به اتهام همان پرونده ی مختومه و غبار گرفته در زندان نگهداشتند.
این درحالی است که بارها مسئولین پروند ، آنرا مختومه اعلام کرده بودند.

✅ خواست اسماعیل عبدی در کنار 45 تشکل صنفی معلمان ایران و دهها هزار معلم معترض، آموزش رایگان ، بهبود معیشت فرهنگیان و برابری فرصتهای آموزشی برای همه ی فرزندان این سرزمین است.
