در محکومیت ده سال زندان برای
#اسماعیل_عبدی و انتقال وی به زندانهای مختلف

حلول سال۱۴۰۰ بر همه ی فرهنگیان مبارک باد
متاسفانه در آستانه ی سال نو فرهنگی فرهیخته جناب اسماعیل عبدی نه تنها در کنار خانواده ی عزیزشان نبود بلکه با رفتارهای ایذایی و تحقیرآمیز و با دستانی بسته در راهرو مجتمع های قضایی، کلانتری و زندان در رفت و آمد و در مکانی نامناسب کنار مجرمین خطرناک محبوس بود .
از مسولین قضایی می خواهیم همچنانکه قول داده اندایشان را به محلی امن و مناسب با امکان دسترسی به کتاب و تلفن منتقل نمایند،
یادآور می شویم که آقای عبدی مدت حبس شان را گذرانده اند بنابراین از مقامات قضایی درخواست می کنیم باسعه ی صدر امکان استفاده از ماده ی ۴۷۷ اعاده ی دادرسی را مهیا و شرایط آزادی نامبرده را فراهم نمایند.

بر همین اساس،کانون صنفی فرهنگیان استان کرمانشاه ، ستم مضاعف، سرکوب، تشدید رفتارهای آزاردهنده به ویژه تبعید زندانیان برخلاف تبصره ۳ قانون دادرسی کیفری و بدون درنظر گرفتن آئین نامه تفکیک و طبقه بندی زندانیان و نگهداری زندانیان سیاسی در کنار زندانیان عادی مندرج در بند «الف» ماده ۶ قانون جرم سیاسی، را محکوم کرده و خواستار آزادی بی قید و شرط تمامی زندانیان فعال مدنی، محیط زیستی، صنفی که تحت عنوان سیاسی- امنیتی دربند می باشند است.
