بیانیه کانون صنفی فرهنگیان گیلان در محکومیت حمله به دانش آموزان معترض به برگزاری آزمون های حضوری

در کمال تأسف و ناباوری نیروی انتظامی در برخی از شهرهای ایران از جمله قزوین،یزد و فولاد شهر با یورش به سمت دانش آموزان معترض به برگزاری آزمون های حضوری،ضمن اعمال خشونت عریان، تعدادی از آنها را بنا بر برخی از گزارش های رسیده،دستگیر کرده است.در شرایطی که آموزش در سال تحصیلی کنونی،به شکل مجازی برگزار شده و به خاطر مدیریت ناکارآمد در بحران کرونا، در شرایط سخت تر از همیشه قرار گرفته ایم،عده ای از نوجوانان این سرزمین با حضور در آموزش و پرورش برخی مناطق شهرستان ها و استان ها به صورت مسالمت آمیز خواهان برگزاری آزمون های مجازی شده اند و به برگزاری آزمون های حضوری اعتراض کرده اند.کجای این اتفاق جای این همه خشونت و تنگ نظری دارد؟اگر کسانی باید مجازات شوند آنانی هستند که با بی تدبیری، چنین تصمیم نابخردانه ای را اتخاذ کرده اند‌.چه تصویری زیباتر از این که دانش آموزانی به صورت مدنی و مسالمت آمیز آمده اند تا از تصمیم سازان بخواهند تا در این زمینه بازنگری کنند و به تصمیم معقولی روی بیاورند؟
در این تجمعات، دانش آموزان می گویند چگونه ممکن است، آموزش که امر مهم تری در فرایند یادگیری است،کاملا مجازی برگزار شده باشد و آزمون نهایی،حضوری باشد؟! اگر درایتی در تصمیم سازان بود، به دیده ادب و احترام در جمع آنها حاضر می شدند و با شنیدن این منطق درست به آنها متعهد می شدند که در تصمیم خود، آن هم در این شرایط خطرناک کرونایی تجدید نظر می کنند.

کانون صنفی فرهنگیان گیلان حمله خشونت آمیز به تجمع قشر مظلوم و آینده ساز ایران یعنی دانش آموزان عزیزمان را نقطه تاریکی در کارنامه آمران و عاملان چنین حرکت خطرناکی می داند و به صراحت اعلام می کند که دانش آموزان این سرزمین، فرزندان ما و خط قرمز ما به حساب می آیند و اجازه نمی دهیم نابخردان و خشونت طلبان به حریم مقدس آنها هجوم آورند.
انتظار می رود وزیر آموزش و پرورش ضمن عذر خواهی از دانش آموزان،خانواده های آنها و جامعه معلمان و همه ی آسیب دیدگان این واقعه ی تلخ، با شکایت در مراجع قضایی، آمران و عاملان این یورش غیر قانونی را به محاکم قضایی تحویل دهد.از دستگاه قضا انتظار می رود همان گونه که برای حفظ مواضع حکومتی و سلیقه ای، در بسیاری از موارد،با نقض قوانین جاری کشور، در محکومیت فعالان صنفی و مدنی و کارگری اقدام ورزیده ، این بار لااقل نگذارد که حریم مقدس دانش آموزان معصوم، صرفا به خاطر اعتراضی قانونی، پرسشی عقل پسند و درخواستی منطقی، اینچنین با خشونت عریان پاسخ داده شود.
