ایران سرزمینی باجغرافیایی وسیع وتنوعی،ملی، قومی و زبانی که درنتیجه نزدیک به یک قرن سیاست های یکسان سازی زبانی صدمات زیادی بخود دیده است ، وجود چنین سیاستهایی ازطرف نظامهای سلطه گر و غیر دمکرات موجب شده است ،حدود بیست زبان ازمجموعه گویش های فعلی رایج درکشوردرمعرض خطرنابودی قرارگیرند،
نژادپرستها وناسیونالیست های افراطی همواره کوشیده اند ،زبان مادری قومیتها را از زندگی آنان حذف وسیاست یکسان سازی زبانی را به آنها تحمیل نمایند.

⭕️ بدون تردید همه انسانها نیازمند زبان مشترکی هستند تابتوانند باکسانی که خارج از حیطه زبان مادری آنها قرارمی گیرند ، تعامل وارتباط زبانی برقرارکنند ، اما احساسات، اندیشه ها ،عواطف و ارزش ها زمانی میتوانند به بهترین شکل تاثیرگذار باشد که توسط زبان مادری هریک ازافراد اجتماع به دیگران منتقل شود.
عدم آموزش به زبان مادری ونبود فرصتهای برابر آموزشی موجب میشود کودکان بی سواد وفاقدمهارت های لازم درزندگی باربیایند ،وجود چنین امری درواقع جنایتی آشکار علیه کودکان می باشد.

همچنین محروم کردن کودکان ازشروع آموزش به زبان مادری برتواناییهای ذهنی ،قدرت یادگیری ،جامعه پذیری وروحیات انان تاثیر پایدارخواهد گذاشت ،
اضطراب کودک ازاینکه بازبانی نا آشنا که تا پایان عمر بااو همراه است ،واین زبان ناآشنا وغریبه که هیچ گونه همخوانی بازبان مادر،پدر، وخانواده اوندارد ، درواقع حس امنیت کودک را متزلزل کرده واضطرابی پایدار همراه او خواهد ماند .

⭕️ زبان مادری هویت افراد راشکل می دهد وحامل فرهنگ افراد به آینده می باشد، ودرصورت عدم استفاده از آن درآموزش محتوای درسی ،انتقال بخشی از این فرهنگ به نسل های آینده با مشکل جدی روبرو خواهد شد ،
سیاستی که نظامهای سلطه گر دربرخورد بافرهنگ قومیتها اتخاذمی کنند ، سیاست یکسان سازی زبانی است که زبانشناس برجسته ای بنام “رابرت فیلیپسین ” ازآن بعنوان امپریالیسم زبانی یادمی کند ،گویای این واقعیت است که درساختارسیاسی نظام های سلطه گر وجود تنوع زبانی را به نفع خود نمی دانندو همواره دراندیشه محونمودن زبان مادری قومیت های زیرسلطه خود هستند.

🔻وقتی زبان گروه مسلط وحاکم درجایگاه برتری قرار گیرد ودرحوزه های اجتماعی ، اداری ، سیاسی وسازمانی زبان سلطه گر براقلیت ها تحمیل شود ، نتیجه این تحمیل نوعی تقدسگرایی نسبت به زبان رسمی ایجاد می کند ، وازآن بعنوان زبانی که دارای ارزشهای والای انسانی است نگریسته می شود ، وجود همین نگرش ها درحقیقت مبنای نابرابری های اجتماعی وساختاری درجامعه می گردد.
پرواضح است توجه به آموزش به زبان مادری هیچ گونه تهدیدی برای زبان رسمی کشورها درپی نداشته ، اما حاکمان جمهوری اسلامی عمدتا به مساله اقوام وملیت های غیراز فرهنگ حاکم ،جنبه سیاسی میدهند ،دراین راستا مطالبه زبان مادری هم ماهیت سیاسی پیداکرده وبانگاه امنیتی به آن نگریسته می شود ،تصور حاکمان درجمهوری اسلامی این است که چنانجه دانش آموزان به زبان مادری آموزش ببینند ،ازضریب امنیت ملی کاسته خواهد شد ،واین مسله باعث تقویت احساسات تجزیه طلبانه می شود ،درصورتیکه چنین محدودیت هایی که دراثرتبعیض حاکمیت علیه قومیت ها اعمال می شود، به مراتب بیشترباعث تهدید امنیت ملی ،همبستگی واتحاد می شود،
گروههای بسیارتندرو وپان ایرانیست همواره مخالف گسترش فرهنگ هایی که درارتباط بازبانهای غیر فارسی درایران هستند، معتقدند: توجه به زبان مادری اقوام غیرفارس درتضاد با مصالح ملی ودرضدیت بازبان فارسی می باشد ،علیرغم اینکه آموزش به زبان مادری مطالبه قانونی تمام کودکانی است که زبان مادریشان غیرفارسی است ، نهادهای ذیربط بدون توجه به اصل 15 قانون اساسی وبا نادیده گرفتن آن درمقیاس عمل وجود آموزش به زبان مادری را توطئه ای درجهت تجزیه کشور می دانند .

⭕️ زبانشناس ومتخصص سیاست های زبانی دردوران پسا استعمار باانتقاد از سیاست یکسان سازی زبانی می گوید :
” اگرشما آموزش وترویج یک زبان را قدغن وغیرقانونی کنید ، درنهایت آن زبان را حذف می کنید ،وبا ازبین رفتن آن زبان فرهنگ آن گروه زبانی را نیز نابود می کنید ،ودرنهایت خود آن مردم راحذف وازبین می برید ، ممکن است آنها بصورت فیزیکی ازبین نروند ،اما آنها دیگر خودشان نیستند بلکه تبدیل به دیگرانی شده اند که به زبان وفرهنگ دیگری تعلق دارند.

⭕️ بزعم نگارنده راه برون رفت از چالش موجودکه گویشهای محلی وزبان مادری را باخطر حذف مواجه ساخته است در:
١- برداشتن نگاه های امنیتی و تبعیض آمیزنظام های سلطه گر نسبت به زبان مادری اقوام
٢- توجه و تخصیص اعتبارات و بودجه مناسب برای حفظ و گسترش فرهنگ قومیتها ٣-برخورداری دانش آموزان از آموزش به زبان مادری حتی الامکان تا پایان دوره ابتدایی می باشد.
