باز آمدم چون عید نو تا قفل زندان بشکنم

سال ۱۴۰۰ را در حالی آغاز کردیم که شرایط اقتصادی و همه گیری بیماری کرونا، هفت سین سفره نوروزی مزد بگیران، کارگران، معلمان، اقشار فرودست و مستضعف را به هفت نون ناعدالتی، نارضایتی، ناکارآمدی، نداری، نامیدی، ناخوشی و نامبارکی بدل کرده است؛ نوروزی که آمدنش برای دردمندان تهی از امید، سالی نکو و روزهای بهتر را نوید نمی دهد.
اما در روزگاری که به قول ابتهاج ” از بهاران خبری نیست، آنچه می بینم دیوار است” در وانفسای گذر از زمستان سخت و سیاه، خبر آزار، اذیت و تبعید زندانیان سیاسی، روزهای سیاهی را رقم زده که زخم دیگریست بر دل های رنجورمان.
انتقال زندانیان سیاسی- مدنی از زندان تهران به زندان شهرهایی دور از سکونت خانواده هایشان، تنها تقابل با آزادیخواهانی است که جرمشان آگاهی و آگاهی بخشیست و ظلم مضاعفی است بر خانواده هایشان که دیدار با عزيزانشان را ناممکن و سخت تر کرده است.
این درحالی است که در قانون آئین دادرسی کیفری به صراحت بیان شده است که محکوم به حبس، دوران محکومیت خود را در زندان محل اقامت خود و با توجه به قانون تفکیک جرائم خواهد گذراند و تبعید و اجبار محکوم علیه در محلی دور از محل اقامتش را منع کرده؛ اما در آستانه سال نو با انتقال و تبعید اجباری ده ها زندانی سیاسی، خانواده های زندانیان سیاسی را نگران تر کرده است.
در این بین،اسماعیل عبدی، معلم و فعال صنفی دربند، که بعد از پایان دوران ۶ سال زندان با بازشدن پرونده جدید، دوران حبس دوباره را آغاز کرده، بدون هیچ دلیل قانونی،از زندان اوین به رجایی شهر تبعید شده است؛ البته عبدی در کنار سایر زندانیان عادی نگهداری می شود و تفکیک زندانیان سیاسی از سایر زندانیان در مورد او اجرا نشده است.

بر همین اساس،کانون صنفی فرهنگیان استان قزوین، ستم مضاعف، سرکوب، تشدید رفتارهای آزاردهنده به ویژه تبعید زندانیان برخلاف تبصره ۳ قانون دادرسی کیفری و بدون درنظر گرفتن آئین نامه تفکیک و طبقه بندی زندانیان و نگهداری زندانیان سیاسی در کنار زندانیان عادی مندرج در بند «الف» ماده ۶ قانون جرم سیاسی، را محکوم کرده و خواستار آزادی بی قید و شرط تمامی زندانیان فعال مدنی، محیط زیستی، صنفی که تحت عنوان سیاسی- امنیتی دربند می باشند است.
