خواست های برحق کارگران اعتصابی نفت را عملی کنید!

سالهاست که در صنعت نفت ایران حتی مصوباتی که بر اثر مبارزه کارگران در مجلس و ارگانهای دولتی جمهوری اسلامی ایران به تصویب رسیده است اجرا نمی شود. یکی از این مصوبات تبدیل قراردادهای موقت و پروژه ای به قراردادهای استخدام دائم و مستقیم میباشد. کارگران بارها اعلام کرده اند که اگر خواستهای آنان عملی نشود دست به اعتصاب سراسری خواهند زد. تحریم گسترده انتخابات رئیس جمهوری در ایران نشانه آن بود که مردم و کارگران دیگر به وعده و وعید و تصویب مصوبه دل خوش نخواهند کرد و برای تحقق خواستهای برحق خود دست به مبارزه مستقیم خواهند زد.

اعتصاب کارگران پروژه‌ای شرکت فراب در نیروگاه بیدخون و کارگران پیمانی پتروشیمی بوشهر در عرض چند روز به یک اعتصاب سراسری، عمدتا در میان کارگران پیمانی و پروژه ای، در کل صنعت نفت و شهرها و بنادر مختلف ایران، از جمله آبادان، اهواز، تهران، قشم، بوشهر، گچساران، خارک، عسلویه، کرمان، ارومیه، بهبهان، پارس جنوبی، اراک تبدیل شده است.مطالبه بیست/ده (بیست روز کار و ده روز استراحت برای کارگران پروژه ای)، افزایش دستمزد حداقل ۱۲ میلیون تومان ) ، پرداخت به موقع دستمزدها، کوتاه شدن دست پیمانکاران از صنعت نفت و عقد قراردادهای کار مستقیم و دائم، برسمیت شناسی حق تجمع و تشکل بخشی از خواستهای کارگران اعتصابی است.

شورای سازماندهی اعتراضات کارگران پیمانی نفت اعلام کرده بود که از روز ۲۲ ژوئن اعتصاب اخطاری انجام میگیرد و اگر خواستهای کارگران اعتصابی عملی نشود به اعتصاب سراسری 30 ژوئن کارگران و کارکنان رسمی نفت خواهند پیوست.

واکنش رژیم جمهوری اسلامی به اعتصاب سراسری کارگران نفت توسل به تحریف، تفرقه افکنی و بیش از هر چیز ایجاد ترس از اخراج بوده است. در تهران ٧٠٠ کارگر اعتصابی بلافاصله اخراج شده اند.

برگزاری نشست فوق العاده مجلس با وزارت نفت و نهادهای نظارتی و جلسات فوق العاده میان روسای قوای قضاییه، دولت و مجلس نشانه هراس از عملی شدن تهدید اعتصاب سراسری در میان کارگران قرارداد رسمی و خوابیدن کل صنعت نفت ایران است. در اعتصابات گذشته کارگران نفت نیز مسئولین جلسات اضطراری تشکیل داده و حتی مصوباتی را نیز در راستای خواستهای کارگران اعتصابی تصویب کردند اما بعد از فروکش کردن اعتصابات نه تنها به آنها عمل نکردند بلکه دست پیمانکاران را در تحمیل بی حقوقی مطلق به کارگران بازتر گذاشتند. کارگران اعتصابی نفت با تکیه بر این تجربه این بار برای تحقق خواستهای برحق خود مصمم تر هستند.

پلاتفرم سندیکاهای کارگری سوئد ضمن حمایت کامل از خواستهای کارگران اعتصابی صنعت نفت واکنشهای سرکوبگرانه رژیم را محکوم کرده و از دولت و مقامات جمهوری اسلامی ایران می خواهد که خواستهای برحق کارگران اعتصابی را عملی کنند و به حق تجمع، اعتراض، اعتصاب و تشکل احترام بگذارند.

ما خواستار موارد زیر هستیم:
• تصویب و اجرای مقاوله نامه های ۷۸ و ۹۸ ﺁﯼ ﺍﻝ او
• آزادی فوری و بدون قید و شرط تمام فعالین سندیکایی، مدنی و معلمان
• سازمانهای کارگری و نمایندگان و اعضای آنها بدون ترس از خشنوت، تهدید به زندان و اخراج از کار حق فعالیت داشته و نمایندگی آنان برسمیت شناخته شود.
