کانون صنفی معلمان ایران(تهران)

پس از شیوع بیماری کووید۱۹ در زندان‌های کشور در حالی که اخبار رسمی و غیر رسمی حکایت از شیوع گسترده و اوج‌گیری مجدد بیماری کووید ۱۹ در نقاط مختلف کشور حتی روستاهای دورافتاده دارد، به نظر می‌رسد پنهان کاری، سکوت و اکتفا به توصیه و پیشنهاد همچنان شیوه در پیش گرفته شده در دستگاه‌های حکومتی کشور است.
زندان های کشور از جمله مهمترین مکان‌هایی هستند که سیاست سکوت و پنهانکاری در مورد آنها به شدت اعمال می شود. به رغم به کارگیری این شیوه، خبرهای متعدد از درون زندان‌های مختلف کشور بیرون می‌آید که گوشه‌ای از اوضاع وخیم داخل زندان‌ها را آشکار می‌کند. اگرچه در اسفندماه ۹۸ با بخشنامه رئیس قوه قضاییه تعداد قابل توجهی از زندانیان به مرخصی آمدند – هر چند این بخشنامه نیز به نحوی دقیق،دست کم در مورد زندانیان سیاسی و عقیدتی، اجرا نشد- اما به نظر می رسد زندان‌ها تا حدودی خلوت شدند.
با فروکش نمودن موج اول کرونا به نظر می رسد اقدامات پیشگیرانه و احتیاطی قوای مختلف از جمله دولت و قوه قضاییه نیز فروکش کرد و فراموش شد که همه زندانیان – حتی اگر مجرم هم باشند- هنوز از حقوق انسانی برخوردارند و حق زندگی نخستین حق انسانی آنهاست.

در یکی دوماه اخیر اخبار متعددی از شیوع کرونا در زندانهای نقاط مختلف کشور و فوت تعدادی از زندانیان منتشر شده است. همین‌طور از بی‌توجهی به وضعیت بهداشتی زندان‌ها، عدم توزیع اقلام بهداشتی مورد نیاز، عدم رسیدگی و معاینات پزشکی لازم برای افراد بدحال، جدا نکردن زندانیان مشکوک به کرونا از سایرین، شلوغی قرنطینه‌ها به دلیل طولانی شدن دوره قرنطینه‌ی ورود به زندان، عدم اعلام نتیجه آزمایش افراد بدحال به خودشان و بدتر از همه اقدام به ادغام زندانیان سه تیپ از زندان تهران بزرگ با هم، نگرانی‌های شدیدی را در میان اعضای خانواده این زندانیان ایجاد نموده است.
کانون صنفی معلمان تهران در وهله اول به عنوان یک وظیفه انسانی و سپس به دلیل نگرانی از شرایط نامساعد همکاران زندانی، نسبت به این بی‌توجهی و بی مسولیتی آشکار نسبت به جان انسان‌ها اعتراض شدید خود را ابراز می دارد و از قوه قضاییه و دولت می‌خواهد هرچه سریعتر در جهت پایان دادن به این شرایط اقدامات لازم را انجام دهند. از جمله این اقدامات میتوان به این موارد اشاره کرد: پایان دادن به دوره زندان افراد واجد شرایط برای آزادی مشروط، کاهش دوره زندان مطابق با بخشنامه اخیر قوه قضاییه، به ویژه زندانیان سیاسی و عقیدتی و صنفی، مرخصی دادن به مدت نامحدود به زندانیان تا رفع خطر این بیماری همه گیر در جامعه؛ به ویژه برای زندانیان سیاسی، عقیدتی و صنفی از جمله معلمانی چون #اسماعیل‌عبدی و #محمدحبیبی گرفته تا زندانیان دانشجو، وکیل، نویسنده، روزنامه‌نگار، فعال حقوق زنان، فعالان کارگری و دیگر زندانیان سیاسی. این اقدامات نه تنها وجهه‌ی انسانی را نشان میدهد ، بلکه می‌تواند گام مثبتی در پر نمودن شکاف عمیق میان دولت (حکومت) – ملت شود و همچنین سرانه سازمان زندان‌ها برای نگهداری و مراقبت از سایر زندانیان که شرایط آزادی ندارند را بهبود ببخشد.
