پنج روز مرخصی از زندان مهاباد برای یاسرامینی‌آذر

سال گذشته آقای امینی آذر از فعالین صنفی معلمان آذربایجان غربی به جهت شرکت در فعالیت های صنفی به ۱۵ ماه زندان محکوم شد، که از ۲۷ اردیبهشت ماه سال جاری حکم زندان ایشان اجرایی شد.

مقام های امنیتی و مسئولان زندان متاسفانه علی رغم پیگیری های خانواده و همکاران و همچنین گواهی و تایید پزشکان زندان و متخصصان مبنی بر عدم تحمل کیفر با توجه به تداوم ویروس کرونا وشرایط جسمانی و ناراحتی ریوی از اعطای مرخصی به ایشان خودداری می‌کردند.

در اوایل تیرماه هیات مدیره تشکل های صنفی معلمان کردستان مریوان ، سقز و زیویه و دیواندره و به نمایندگی از شورای هماهنگی تشکل های صنفی فرهنگیان کشور جهت پیگیری وضعیت آقای امینی آذر به مهاباد سفر کردند و نشست هایی با فرماندار ، دادستان ، رییس پلیس و نماینده مهاباد در مجلس برگزار کردند.
آنان مراتب نگرانی جامعه معلمان کردستان و کشور را در خصوص تداوم زندان این فعال صنفی ابراز نمودند، و خواستار آزادی ایشان شدند ، در آستانه سفر دوم با تعداد بسیار بیشتری حضور یافتند، که خوشبختانه مصادف شد با مرخصی این معلم خوش فکر و محجوب مهابادی.

شورای هماهنگی تشکل های صنفی معلمان و فعالان صنفی ضمن استقبال از آزادی موقت این معلم مهابادی خواستار آزادی کامل ایشان و دیگر معلمان زندانی است و با توجه به تداوم شیوع کرونا مسولیت هرگونه پیشامدی برای معلمان زندانی را مستقیما متوجه مقامات حکومتی می داند
