سال ۹۰ بود ، تعدادی از مدیران شرکت تعاونی مصرف فرهنگیان تهران ، شب هنگام به منزل بنده آمده و پس از گفتگوی طولانی در باره ی  مشکلات شرکت تعاونی ، از بنده خواستند ، در انتخابات پیش رو نامزد شوم . آنان وعده دادند ، که انتخاب شدن من قطعی خواهد بود. به شرط اینکه دست از به قول خودشان “قهرمان بازی” و……. بردارم. من نیز به مصلحت  پذیرفتم.

زمان گذشت تا اینکه روز موعود فرا رسید. صحنه های شگفت انگیزی رخ داد. هرچند چشمانم به این چیزهای زشت و دون شان فرهنگیان فرهیخته ، کم و بیش عادت داشت.

اتوبوسها ،مینی بوسها، ماشینهای ون یکی پس از دیگری پر از آدم  وارد محوطه ی محل برگزاری انتخابات شد. برخی می گفتند: بیشتر این لشکرابرهه، از شهرهای قرچک و ورامین آورده شده اند .

بیشتر آنان عضو که چه عرض کنم ؟!  حتی فرهنگی نیز نبودند. باز شنیده ها حاکی از آن بود که قرار است مبلغ ۵۰ هزار تومان همراه با صبحانه و نهار و شام به هر یک از آنان داده شود.

خدایا ! مگر در این ویرانه بجا مانده از میراث خیانت مشتی فرصت طلب(شرکت تعاونی مصرف فرهنگیان ) چه گنجی نهفته است  که اینگونه برخی خود را به آب و آتش زده و دین و دنیایشان را به  سرابی فریبنده حراج می کنند؟!

تاسف بارتر اینکه ، در همان مکان برگزاری مجمع ، بی پروا و زیر نگاه ناظران اداره کل تعاون و اتحادیه تعاونیهای فرهنگیان ، به دست نشاندگان خود، دفترچه عضویت همراه با وکالتنامه همچنین بن غذا نیز تحویل می دادند.

دراین افکار بودم که  یکی از مدیران شرکت مرا صدا زد و گفت:

شما چند تا مهمان دارید؟

من که هرگزآمادگی قبلی برای پاسخ دادن به چنین پرسش را نداشتم ، یک لحظه  گفتم:

۶۰ تن ، نه ببخشید ۷۵ تن .

ایشان بی تامل از صندوق عقب ماشین ۷۵  دفترچه همرا با تعدادی  وکالت نامه قلابی و تعداد ۷۵ عدد بن غذا توی دست من گذاشت ، بگذرم که من هیچ یک از دفترچه ها را استفاده نکردم. لیکن بن های غذا را بین حاضران پخش کردم.

 

مجمع عمومی سر ساعت آغاز شد ، تقریبا همه ی تدابیر  برای یک انتخابات مهندسی شده آماده بود.  متاسفانه عده ای که نمی دانستند تعاونی با کدام  ” ت/ط ” نوشته می شود یا ت و اساساَ درد معلم را حس نمی کردند ، از غفلت آنها سوء استفاده کرده و   آمده بودند تا سرنوشت حدود ۲۰۰ هزار عضو فرهنگی را رقم بزنند.

تامل بر انگیزتر، حضور بسیاری از کارگران شرکت در مجمع با وجود دل پرغُصه آنها از تضیع حقوقشان ، قلب هر انسان بااحساسی  را آزرده می کرد. لیکن با این وجود آمده بودند تا مانند زندانیان اسیر ولی در خدمت زندانبان ، به اربابان زر و زورشان خوش خدمتی کرده و با انداختن رای غیر قانونی خویش ، خودی به آنان نشان دهند.

پر واضح بود که در نهایت ، برنده  بلامنارع این بازی چه کسانی هستند.

البته چند نفر ازباند قبلی که به دلایلی مورد غضب حضرات قرارگرفته و از سر سفره طرد شده بودند، پس از شکست، از راهیابی دوباره به هیئت مدیره، بلافاصله برای ابطال مجمع ، اقدام  نموده و به منظور تحقق هدف خویش مدیرعامل شرکت را با خود همراه ساختند تا با استفاده از نفوذش آنان را در این جهت یاری کند.

بر این اساس هنوز سه روز ازبرگزاری مجمع سپری نشده بود که در کمال نا باوری همچنین برخلاف پروسه قانونی روند، رسیدگی به شکایات منبعث از قانون بخش تعاون ،نامه ی ابطال مجمع دریافت شد.

تیم منتخب نیز دست به دامن مدیرعامل شدند و با وعده ی ابقاء در سِمت شان ، همچنین  قول مهار بنده که ظاهراَ حضورم در ترکیب جدید ، موجب نگرانی وی شده بود ؛ از او خواستند شرایط را به نفع شان برگردانده و تایید یه مجمع را از مرجع ذیربط بگیرند.

روزی به دفتر شرکت مراجعه کردم و شاهد گفتگوی یکی از منتخبین با مدیرعامل بودم. آهسته روی صندلی کنارش نشستم.  ظاهراَ هنوز ایشان متوجه حضورمن نشده بود. شدیداَ غرق گفتگو با وی بود.

شنیدم که می گفت؛ شما تایید مجمع را بگیرید ، رام کردن قریشیان با من…..!

ایشان آدم بیراهی نیست. می شود ساکتش کرد. به ما قول داده همکاری کندو……..

ناگهان گوشی را از دستش گرفته و پس از احوالپرسی خطاب به مدیرعامل گفتم؛ جناب! من قریشیان هستم ولی نه آن قریشیان پر شر و شور  قبل از انتخابات که تو می شناسی. آماده ام با شما کار کنم. به نظرم چه کسی بهتر از شما؟  به شرط اینکه کمی به فکر فرهنگیان نیز باشید.و…….

بی درنگ درخواست کرد با هم دیداری حضوری داشته باشیم.

اجابت امر نموده و سریع خود را به دفترشان رساندم. پس از کلی خوش و بش ، به من فرمود؛  قریشیان! من فقط به نگهبان دم در ، ماهانه پنج میلیون تومان حقوق پرداخت می کنم. اگر شما با ما همکاری کنید ، مطمئن باشید  نانت تو روغنه. این را هم فرمود؛ دیگر دوره قهرمان بازی  بسر آمده. ببین ،  همه بفکر پولند. این معلم هایی که تو اینقدر سنگشان را به سینه می زنی ، کدامشان یک دو ریالی کف دستت  گذاشته اند؟

ایشان نطقش گل انداخته بود و یکریز مرا نصیحت می کرد . اما من وسط سخن او پریدم ‌و گفتم:

ببخشید. تلفنی خدمت شماعرض کردم؛ دیگر آن قریشیان قبل از انتخابات نیستم. اینک آمده ام با شرایط جدید کنار شما باشم. تنها خواسته ام این است که حرمت معلمین را در نظر آورید و ….  در ادامه به شوخی به وی گفتم ؛ یک مشکلی که هست‌.من  تاکنون حقوق پنج میلیونی ندیده ام. بنابر این نگرانم اولین حقوقم را که دریافت کنم ، از ذوق زدگی قلبم سنگ کوب کرده و روی دست شما بمانم. به محض شنیدن این مطلب چهره اش بر افروخته شد وگفت:

قریشیان !  تو هنوز هم عوض نشدی ‌.  همان قریشیان کله شقی هستی که می شناختم.

حرفش را بریدم:

– نه شما نگران نباشید خواستم کمی مزاح کرده باشم.

پس از اندکی دلجویی ، به نظرم آمد دیگر اطمینان خاطر کسب نموده و همانجا تصمیم جدیدش را در ذهن حک خواهد نمودند. بله عزیزان ، طولی نکشید که پیش بینی ام درست از آب در آمده و پس از  دو سه روز از آن دیدار، مجمع عمومی تایید و برای ثبت در روزنامه رسمی ،  به اداره ثبت شرکتها ارسال شد.

پس از استقرار در دفتر مرکزی، درست یادم نیست نخستین  یا دومین جلسه هیات مدیره بود، که  تعیین حق الجلسه مدیران در دستور کار قرار گرفت.

هرکدام پیشنهادی  دادند. یکی گفت ماهی ۵ میلیون تومان پیشنهاد داد ، دیگری پیشنهاد داد ، فعلا ماهی سه میلیون تومان کافی است. فرد دیگری  گفت؛ بحث پول نیست  اما بایستی شان هیئت مدیره رعایت شود.

بحث به شدت بالا گرفته بود.

بنده نیز پس از سکوت طولانی و استماع نظرات یک یک دوستان، وارد بحث شدم.  تا دهان گشودم همه آرام شدند. گویا همگی انتظار این لحظه را می کشیدند. نه اینکه برایشان مهم باشم ، بلکه  مشتاق بودند  موضع مرا در این خصوص بسنجند، و بفهمند که عوض شده ام یا نه؟

در سکوت حضار آب دهانم را قورت داده و  عرض کردم؛  دوستان من :

نخست باید عرض کنم: طبق اساسنامه ، پاداش هیئت مدیره همچنین حقوق و مزایای مدیرعامل نیازمند مصوبه مجمع عمومی است.

دوم اینکه : ما نیامده ایم از سفره فرهنگیان ارتزاق نموده و شان خود را بر خرابه های بجا مانده از سوء تدبیر خویش استوار سازیم.

سوم اینکه: هیئت مدیره باید پاداش خود را  بر مبنای افزایش درآمد حاصل از تلاش خود دریافت کند. پس شایسته است با تدبیر و اندیشه صحیح ابتدا  رونق و درآمد ایجاد نموده سپس با افزایش سرمایه ، درصدی را  تحت عنوان پاداش خدمت برای خویش معین سازیم.

به هر شکل ، کسی گوشش به حرفها من بدهکار نشد و نهایتاَ مبلغ دو میلیون تومان برای چهار جلسه در ماه به تصویب رسید.

بنده نیز زیر صورت جلسه نوشتم ، با این مصوبه مخالفم و آن را امضاء نمودم.

اگر حمل بر خود ستایی نباشد ، بی شک ، به مدد خداوند یکی از زیباترین تصمیمات زندگی ام همان بود که در آن شرایط سخت دستم  به کیسه همکاران شریف آلوده نگشته و اینچنین از امتحان الهی سربلند بیرون آمدم.

چه نیکو خدای بلند مرتبه می فرماید:

آیا خداوند برای بنده اش کافی نیست؟
