فراز و فرود جنبش معلمان ایران طی این چند سال هم اکنون ما را با این پرسش روبرو کرده است که براستی بدون جنبش سراسری معلمان علیه وضع موجود مگر ممکن است که اعتراضات همگانی گسترده تر شود و نافرمانی مدنی بتواند حکومت آخوندی و استبداد مذهبی را از میان بردارد؟

براستی چگونه مافیای قدرت و ثروت با اتکاء به نهادهای سرکوب گر توانستند جنبش معلمان کشورمان را بی رمق کنند؟ با تکیه به چه راه کارهای توانستند فعالیت کانونهای مستقل معلمان را مهار کنند؟ براستی چگونه توانستند تاثیر رهبران میدانی و راستین جنبش معلمان را کم نمایند؟
به نظر میرسد که با سرکوب دهشت بار فعالین جنبش معلمان و همچنین اخراج برخی از آنان و زندانی کردن تعدادی از خوشنام ترین رهبران جنبش فوق بطور موقت شکاف در بین فعالین جنبش فوق با بدنه اجتماعی آن ایجاد کنند. حال آنکه مطالبات صنفی، اجتماعی و مدنی معلمان کشورمان از یکسو و خصوصی سازی در بخش آموزش کشور و پولی کردن اموزش که در نهایت منجر به طبقاتی شدن امر آموزش شده است بخشی از مسائلی ست که همه وجدانهای آگاه به خوبی بدان اشراف دارند. البته ناگفته پیداست که اعتراضات جسته و گریخته معلمان در ایران بخشی از اخبار روز ایران است با این وجود پرسش اصلی این است که بعد از اعتصابات گسترده و اعتراضات بی وقفه و بی سابقه معلمان ایران در بیش از ده ها شهر در سالهای گذشته باز ما شاهد تحصن سراسری معلمان خواهیم بود؟ آیا کانونهای مستقل معلمان خواهند توانست با براه انداختن تحصن و اعتراض پرچمدار مبارزات مدنی، اجتماعی و صنفی شوند؟

سخن پایانی؛–

همانطور که میدانیم « در ماه‌های اخیر در چند مورد شاهد برپایی تجمعات اعتراضی از سوی معلمان حق‌التدریس بوده‌ایم. این معلمان به وضعیت استخدامی بلاتکلیف خود اعتراض دارند.» حال پرسش این است که آیا این اعتراضات باعث خواهد شد که جنبش معلمان ایران جانی دوباره بیاید و قادر گردد سیاست پولی سازی مدارس و خصوصی سازی آموزش را متوقف کند؟
