اکنون بیش از دو دهە از تلاش و فعالیت کانون ها و انجمن های صنفی در راستای بهبود نظام آموزشی کشور وارتقاء سطح معیشت و منزلت معلمان شاغل و پیشکسوتان بازنشستە به شیوه های مختلف کاملا مدنی _اعم از نامە نگاری، نشست با مسئولان، کمپین ها، اعتصابات و اعتراضات خیابانی- می گذرد بە امید اینکە آموزش و پرورش بە مثابەی بستر ساز رشد و توسعە جامعه ؛ مورد توجە ارکان نظام و مجموعە حاکمیت واقع شود، اما دریغا کە نە تنها حاکمان نسبت بە این مقولە بیگانە اند! بلکە هر روز شاهد آن هستیم کە این نهاد انسان ساز بیش از هر زمان دیگری مورد بی توجهی و بی مهری قرار می گیرد و مدافعان واقعی آن کە همانا معلمان کنشگر آزادە هستند با تیغ بی تدبیری و بی عدالتی حاکمیت مورد هتک، آزار و سرکوب قرار می گیرند.
بازداشت های پی در پی، اخراج ها و صدور احکام صدها سال زندان برای معلمان از سوی نهادهای سرکوبگر یادآور و بیانگر چیزی جز تکرار یک کمدی تراژیک بی تاثیر و باطل نیست.
این حجم از تزویر و ریا، بی کفایتی، جهل وتعصب را تاریخ کشورمان در مقابله با دانش و دانش ورزان ،به خود ندیده است!
جعفر ابراهیمی و شعبان محمدی از جمله معلمانی هستند که همواره مدافع عدالت آموزشی و آموزش رایگان بر اساس اصل ۳۰ قانون اساسی بوده اند و مقالات و نوشته های متعددی نیز در این زمینه دارند. آن ها آموزش طبقاتی را پاشنه آشیل نظام آموزشی کشور و تبعیض آمیز دانسته و همواره تلاش کرده اند تا نسبت به این کج روی ها و ناملایمات هشدار دهند و دست های پنهان و پشت پرده ی جریانات رانت خوار از این فساد سیستمی را برملا کنند.
با این حال جامعه ی فرهنگی کشور هرگز خود را مقهور و مغلوب این حجم از هجمه جاهلان علیه خود، ندانسته و نخواهد دانست و بیش از هر زمانی؛ این اراده برای تغییر در چهره معلمانی که خیابان را برای دادخواهی و دادن پیام خود به حاکمان برگزیده اند؛ تجلی، نشو و نمود یافته است.
نشان به آن نشان که، آن مفهوم زیبای ” با اهل قلم هر که درافتاد، بر افتاد ” ورد زبان ها گشته و این نوع از مطالبه گری واقعی، سرافرازانه و بی بدیل را به یک فرهنگ عام و سمبل مبارزاتی جنبش بدل کرده است!
