به نام خداوند جان و خرد

قطعا رشد و توسعه و بالندگی در یک کشور زمانی محقق می‌شود که آموزش و پرورش آن پویا و با نشاط باشد و بتواند دانش آموزانی خردورز و اندیشمند را به عنوان آینده سازان جامعه تربیت نماید.
بیش از یک سال از شروع آموزش مجازی در کشور به دلیل گسترش ویروس کرونا می‌گذرد و در سال تحصیلی جاری نیز تمام کلاس‌های حضوری تعطیل و با همت و یاری کلیه همکاران فرهنگی و معلمان دلسوز و متعهد که همه دارایی و امکانات شخصی‌شان را به اشتراک گذاشته‌اند ، دانش‌آموزان در منزل به صورت آنلاین آموزش می‌بینند.
صرف‌نظر از هزینه‌های سرسام آوری که بابت تهیه موبایل و تبلت و اینترنت و فضا به دانش‌آموزان و معلمان کشور تحمیل گردیده ، خستگی روحی و روانی دانش‌آموزان و خانواده‌ها و مسائل عدیده‌ای که همه با آن دست به گریبان هستند، مشکلات را چند برابر نموده است .
در این وانفسای موج چهارم کرونا که طبق اعلام اخبار رسمی از طرف سخنگوی وزارت بهداشت، هر روز تعداد مبتلایان و کشته شدگان، افزایش می‌یابد و استرس و اضطراب بیشتر را به جامعه تزریق می‌نماید، تعدادی از دانش آموزان شهر یزد در روز ۱۵ اردیبهشت ۱۴۰۰ در یک حرکت اعتراضی مدنی و با اتکا به اصل ۲۷ قانون اساسی در داخل محوطه اداره کل آموزش و پرورش یزد، تجمع کرده و خواستار لغو امتحانات حضوری گردیدند.
فارغ از درست یا نادرست بودن خواسته این دانش‌آموزان، با اینکه معمولا مسئولین امر در این شرایط می‌توانند با تشکیل جلسه‌ای به پای صحبت‌های دانش‌آموزان معترض نشسته و به حرف‌هایشان گوش فرا دهند و به بررسی دلایل آنها بپردازند و در صورتی که اشتباه می‌کنند، با سعه صدر و استدلال آنان را متقاعد نموده و فرهنگ گفتگو و مدارا و مذاکره را به آنان بیاموزند و در وجودشان نهادینه کنند، متاسفانه علیرغم غیر قانونی بودن ورود نیروهای نظامی با لباس رسمی به اماکن فرهنگی ، دانش‌آموزان معترض، در محوطه آموزش و پرورش با برخوردهای خشونت بار پلیس مواجه گردیدند که با باتوم و اسپری فلفل به ضرب و شتم نوجوانانی که با دست خالی فقط برای بیان اعتراض خود در مدنی‌ترین شکل و در فضای بسته تجمع کرده بودند، پرداختند.
انتظار می‌رود، نهادهای نظارتی در وزارت آموزش و پرورش، واحدهای حراست، ارزیابی و عملکرد، تخلفات اداری و …. که بابت کوچکترین برخورد دلسوزانه معلم با دانش‌آموز، سریعا واکنش نشان می‌دهند، در این مساله نیز ورود نمایند و آمران و عاملان رفتار خشونت بار با دانش‌آموزان را به محاکم قضایی معرفی نمایند و از حریم آموزش و پرورش و حقوق شهروندی دانش آموزان دفاع نمایند.
کانون صنفی فرهنگیان یزد، ضمن دعوت دانش آموزان فهیم ، این آینده سازان میهن عزیزمان ایران، در آستانه امتحانات نوبت دوم و کنکور سراسری، به آرامش و پرهیز از هرگونه رفتاری که منجر به ایجاد تنش و افزایش استرس و اضطراب برای خود و خانواده های آنان گردد، رفتار غیرقانونی و خشونت بار نیروهای نظامی در مواجهه با دانش‌آموزان را محکوم می‌نماید و در راستای توجه به حقوق شهروندی دانش‌آموزان، مسئولان آموزش و پرورش و نیروی انتظامی را به دلجویی از جامعه فرهنگی کشور و یزد و کلیه دانش آموزان شرکت کننده در تجمع به ویژه، دانش آموزانی که مورد ضرب و شتم قرار گرفتند، فرا می‌خواند.
با امید به این که جلساتی با حضور مسئولان مربوطه و نمایندگانی از دانش آموزان معترض تشکیل گردیده و تصمیماتی گرفته شود تا در آن ضمن نشان دادن توجه به خواسته‌های دانش‌آموزان موضوع به صورتی که در شان جامعه فرهنگی کشور عزیزمان می‌باشد حل و فصل گردد.
