✅ بیانیه کانون صنفی مستقل فرهنگیان آذربایجان شرقی

در محکومیت ، اجحاف آموزش و پرورش نسبت به فارغ التحصیلان دانشسراهای کل کشور.

✳️در شرایطی که وضعیت نامناسب اقتصادی ، سیاسی و فرهنگی و ….عرصه را بر تمامی اقشار مردم تنگتر و تنگتر می نماید و وضعیت زندگی اسفبار مردم هر روز وخیم تر میشود ، وزارت آموزش و پرورش در یک اقدام کاملا غیر انسانی و برده وار ، نسبت به نیروهایی که از دانشسراهای سراسر کشور از سال ۷۳_۷۴_۷۵ جذب این سازمان شده و در پایان سال تحصیلی ۱۳۹۹_۱۴۰۰ در شرف بازنشستگی بودند، با گرفتن یک رای کذایی از دیوان عدالت اداری ، سعی دارد با یک اجحاف قرون وسطایی ، این نیروها را دو سال دیگر به کار اجباری وادار کند.

✳️واقعیت اینست که این نیروها در آن زمان به علت سو مدیریت مدیران وقت و علیرغم داشتن قراداد رسمی بین این نیروها و آموزش و پروش دو سال را بدون استخدام ماندند،طی یک پروسه قضایی که منجر به رای وحدت رویه در این زمینه شد آموزش و پروش مکلف به کسر حق بیمه آن دو سال از حقوق کارکنان و احتساب آن در سنوات این نیروها شد.با گذشت سالها از این موضوع و در آستانه بازنشستگی این نیروها باز هم سو مدیریت در وزارت آموزش و پرورش ، توام با شکستن رای قبلی و صادر شدن رای جدید مبنی بر حذف آن دو سال از سنوات شد.

❇️جالب اینجاست که این مدیران کارنابلد وقتی با اعتراض این نیروها مواجه شدند،انها را به شکایت فرا خوانده و خود را طرفدار فرهنگیان نشان میدهند،در حالیکه خوب میدانند که حتی اگر این اعتراضات به پاسخ مثبتی منجر شود حداقل دوسال زمان خواهد برد و این وقت کشی ها و مرور زمان قطعا منجر به تضییع حقوق این عزیزان خواهد شد.

❇️ بدیهی است که اجرای یک چنین سیاستهای وقیحانه و بی‌شرمانه در طول این سالها تمامی انگیزه های این فرهنگیان را از بین برده است.سو مدیریت در این سازمان عریض و طویل و بی دروپیکر به قدری مرسوم و عادی شده است که حتی ابایی از کسر سنوات خدمت کارمندان خود ندارد.

🔴 کانون صنفی مستقل فرهنگیان آذربایجان شرقی ضمن محکوم نمودن این اقدام وقیحانه ، آموزش و پرورش را به رعایت حقوق شغلی و انسانی این نیروها فرا میخواند و معتقد است اگر این اجبار دوساله به زور به این فرهنگیان تحمیل شود ، دود حاصل از بی انگیزگی و تبعات ناشی از این اقدام غیر قانونی آموزش و پرورش ، در مرحله اول به چشم دانش آموزان و در مرحله بعد به چشم حاکمیت خواهد رفت.
