اگرچه باید بازگشت سرافرازانه شما عزیزان به جمع همکاران، به ویژه خانواده و فرزندان چشم به راه، که ماه ها چنین مورد اجحاف ناروای سناریو سازانِ سازمان یافته قرار گرفته اند شاد باش بگوییم. اما ما هیچگاه و به هیچ عنوان این بازگشت را مترادف آزادی نمی دانیم چرا که پیآمدهای این منع و محرومیت از زندگی انسانی و تجربه ی برخوردهای متوالیِ قهرآمیز و تقابل های سیستماتیک و غیرقانونی با مطالبات صنفی و قانونی معلمان ایران، چنان حس عدم امنیت شهروندی، شغلی و صنفی را القا می نماید که انگار همه ی ما به نوعی گروگان اراده ی تشکیلاتی و سازمان یافته ای قرار گرفته ایم که وقعی به قانون نمی نهد و اعتنایی به حقوق قانونیِ مصرح و مطرح معلمان ندارد؛ چنانکه هنوز هم تعدادی از همکاران فرهیخته و از خود گذشته ی ما دربند هستند، از جمله آقایان جعفر ابراهیمی، محمد حبیبی، رسول بداقی، اسماعیل عبدی ،مهدی فتحی، معلمان دیواندره و برخی دیگر از همکاران شرافتمند …..!!
بر اساس این سوابق، بر همگان واضح و روشن است که جنبش صنفی معلمان ایران تمامی کنش های مدنی و مسالمت آمیز خود را برای تبیین دقیق مطالبات قانونی خود به کار بسته است.اما دریغ و درد که پاسخ خود نه از مراجع و مقامات فرو رفته در لاک وزارت خانه ی متبوع که با داغ و درفش و بند و زندان گرفته اند! بدین لحاظ چنین به نظر می آید که درخواست “پایان دادن به جو ارعاب و خشونت و پرونده سازی” برای معلمان ایران این عناصر فرزانه از شهروندان شرافتمند، دیگر محلی از اعراب ندارد و به این خواسته ی بی خاصیت شده نیز چندان اهمیتی داده نمی شود. پس از سال ها تعویق اجرای قانون جامع خدمات کشوری اخیراً شاهد درجه بندی و قطره چکانی مطالبه ی روشنِ رتبه بندی به مُسکِّنی موقت می باشیم.
نظر بدین شرایط کانون صنفی فرهنگیان بیجار، ضمن خرسندی از تغيیر وضعیت همکاران گرانقدر خود و رصد چگونگی اجرای مطالبات، همچنان خواهان اتحاد و انسجام بیش از پیش کانون ها و انجمن های سراسر کشور بر اساس شرایط موجود و حضور مدنی و حق طلبانه ی سازمان یافته تر می باشیم.
