هر وعده که دادند به ما باد هوا بود.

✳️ مقامات حکومتی ایران در طول سالهای اخیر ثابت کرده اند آنچه هر از گاهی در قالب وعده هایی برای جامعه معلمان ابراز داشته اند،در نهایت مهندسی و عملیاتی نشده است.

آنان هرگز در قبال این عهد شکنی های مداوم، نه از جامعه معلمان عذر خواسته و نه خود را موظف به پاسخگویی دانسته اند.

مقامات حکومتی ثابت کرده اند،از سر حق خواهی و حرمت ذاتی به اقشار گوناگون جامعه بویژه قشر انسان ساز معلم نمی نگرند.

بلکه بهانه کردن منافع معلمان و سایر اقشارجامعه یا برای بازی های سیاسی ، یابرای گرم کردن بازیهای انتخاباتی بوده است.جامعه معلمان هوشیارتر و آگاه تر از آن است تامتقلبانی پیمان شکن را که همواره آب در شیر کرده اند ودست تطاول و چشم تهاجم بر منافع معلمان و اقشار مختلف جامعه برده اند را نشناخته باشد.

واقعیت این است که اندک تغییرات جزئی در وضعیت معلمان، محصول حضور مطالبه جویانه و پافشاری آنان برخواسته های خود بوده است.

این روزهابخش بزرگی ازجامعه معلمان،طرح اجرای درست رتبه بندی رابه کمسیون آموزش نمایندگان مجلس ارائه کرده اند، اما آنچه در عمل ودرصدور احکام حقوقی معلمان رخ داد،نمایانگر بی توجهی و فریبکاری مدعیان عدالت اجتماعی بوده است.

یکی از مهم ترین خواسته های معلمان اجرای درست نظام رتبه بندی بود، که پس از گذشت بیش از ده سال هنوز مسیر مجلس تا شورای نگهبان راطی نکرده،و در این روزها زمینه ی اعتراض صدها هزار فرهنگی را فراهم نموده است.

✅ آنچه معلمان انتظار داشتند، که هم زمان با هفته ی معلم ، میزان دریافت و دستمزدشان به خط فقر تعریف شده دولت نزدیک شود،به قرار زیر است:

۱-مشخص نمودن دقیق ضرایب افزایش حقوق برای هر رتبه

۲-باقی ماندن رتبه های قبلی و اعمال رتبه بندی مطابق آن

۳- درنظر گرفتن سابقه تجربی و مدرک تحصیلی به جای آزمون

۴- حذف آزمون وهر گونه مدارک دست نیافتنی برای اخذ رتبه

۵- اعمال امتیاز تعجیل در مناطق محروم

۶- حذف بازه ی زمانی سه ساله و اجرای لایحه به طورکامل از فروردین ۱۴۰۰

۷.اختصاص بودجه ۳۰ هزار میلیارد برای اجرای کامل لایحه رتبه بندی

۸.امکان دستیابی همه معلمان به رتبه بندی بدون شرط سابقه و عدم محرومیت معلمان از دریافت رتبه های بالا

۹.برخورداری همکاران آموزشی شاغل در پست اداری از نظام رتبه‌بندی

همه ی این تبعیضات آشکار و عدالت ستیز در حالی انجام می شود که شبه کارشناسانی از میان مقامات حکومتی دربنگاه بانگ و رنگ رسانه میلی،همواره سعی در تزریق اخباردروغ درباره معلمان به جامعه نموده اند.

⛔️ شورای هماهنگی تشکل های صنفی فرهنگیان ایران ضمن محق دانستن خواسته های جامعه ی فرهنگیان در اجرای عادلانه طرح رتبه بندی، بویژه تبصره ی 3 از ماده ی 29 برنامه ی ششم توسعه( افزایش حقوق به میزان 80 %حقوق اعضای هیات علمی )حمایت قاطع خودرااز مطالبات آنهاابراز داشته و به مقامات حکومتی از انتصابی تا انتخابی هشدار میدهد،درشرایطی که نارضایتی عمومی ناشی ازفقرگسترده وبی عدالتی، شکاف ملت_حکومت رادربالاترین نقطه تاریخی خودقرار داده،بی اعتنایی به خواسته اقشارگوناگون جامعه وقشر فرهنگیان راکنار بگذارد.

اگراندک درایتی در پاره ای از تصمیم سازان مانده باشد،باید به خواسته های صنفی وسندیکایی تن دهند.

گسترش هرچه بیشتر اعتراضات، نتیجه ی دههاسال بی اعتنایی حاکمان به خواست نهادهای مدنی و صنفی است،گسترش هر روزه اعتراضات به لحاظ کمی وکیفی و گستردگی وتنوع ودامنه ی آن، گواه براین است که تنهاراه چاره ای که برای رهایی ازفلاکت پیش روی اقشارگوناگون جامعه مانده، همبستگی،همدلی وهمراهی آنان است. امروزه حاکمان بامردمی روبه روهستند،که دیگرهیچ چیزی برای ازدست دادن ندارند.

شورای هماهنگی تشکل های صنفی فرهنگیان ایران انتظار دارد، مقامات حکومتی از ارائه راهکارهای خرمندانه ای که جامعه ی مدنی واصناف، بی مزدومنت برای حل بحرانهای سیاسی ،اجتماعی واقتصادی،پیشنهاد می دهد،استقبال کرده وعملی کردن آن رادرمان دردهای جامعه بداند.
جامعه ی مدنی وتشکلهای مردمی و اصناف،خیرخواه،مولدومرجع جامعه هستند، آنان خردوآگاهی و روشنایی راپیش پای سیاسیون حاکم قرارمی دهند.سرمایه اصلی یک جامعه مجموع معارفی است که معلمان می آموزانند.آنان رابه چشم مصرف کننده دیدن،خطای استراتژیکی است که درهیچ کجای عالم چنین رسم ناروایی،مرسوم نیست.

حاکمان بدانند،معترضین از هرقشری که باشند،حقوق و خواسته ای دارند،که بایدمحترم شمرده شود.آنان مزاحم ودشمن ملی نیستند،مقامات حکومتی باید به برخوردهای امنیتی و سرکوبگرانه ا اقشارگوناگون پایان دهندوهمه ی منابع ملی وتوان خودراصرف برآوردن خواست جامعه ی مدنی،اصناف ومردم نمایند.
