مردم شریف ایران،فرهنگیان بزرگوار ودانش آموزان گرانقدر:
بهار همواره نماد رویش ، شادی وتازگی وپیام آور ،امید وحیاتی دوباره برکالبد بی جان طبیعت بوده است،به گونه ای که طبیعت می خواهد نوخواهی وحق شکفتن رابه عنوان بزرگترین نکته های زندگی در ذهن بشر نهادینه کند و به او بیاموزد که جهان هستی پیوسته درتکاپوست، تا به همگان امکان رشد و نو شدن را هدیه نماید.
در طبیعت دانه ها را نمی توان زندانی کرد، در جدال سنگ و دانه ،همواره جوانه ها برنده بوده اند و رشد دانه با مفهوم زندان بیگانه است. فراموش نکنیم که خالق طبیعت به همه ی اجزای آن حق حیات و رشد داده است و می خواهد به ما بفهماند که بهار یعنی زندگی بخشیدن ، یعنی آزادی از خاک و ریشه در خاک دواندن و ایستادگی .
بهارتان مبارک و دلهایتان بهاری باد، ریشه هایتان پر اندیشه وبی تیشه باد.
در این لحظات پایانی سال 1399 ضمن تبریک سال نو،و گلایه از وضعیت موجود،و امیدوار به تغییر این وضعیت،بار دیگر نگرانی خود را از زندانی بودن فعالین صنفی معلمین در زندان های کشور ، ابراز نموده وبر اساس رسالت خود که همانا آموزش دلسوزانه ی فرزندان این مرز وبوم است، مسؤلین امنیتی وقضایی کشور را دعوت به بازاندیشی در عملکرد خود نموده وایشان را دعوت می کنیم که به جای زندانی کردن معلمانشان به جرم حق گویی و مطالبه گری، نیروی خود را متوجه ی مبارزه با فساد افسارگسیخته ای نمایند ،که نزدیک است تار و پود جامعه را از هم بپاشد و جامعه را به مسیر تباهی سوق دهد.
لذا کوتاه سخن اینکه گرامیان، مسئولین امروز و دانش آموزان دیروز ،
ماجامعه ی معلمین هم چون شما و حتی بیش از شما ، آرزوی سربلندی ایران و ایرانیان را در سر داریم . امروز روزی است که باید باداشتن درکی درست از مشکلات، به جای پاک کردن صورت مسئله،در جهت تغییر واصلاح مشکلات موجود، از همه ی ظرفیت ها‌، بویژه ظرفیت جامعه ی معلمین در جهت بازگرداندن اعتماد، امید و سرزندگی به جامعه ی ایرانی تلاش کنیم و درس عزت و آزادگی را به فرزندانمان بیاموزیم و تأکید می کنیم که چاره ی کار، زندانی کردن معلمین وفعالین صنفی نیست.
بدیهی است که در شرایط فعلی ما در حال عبور از گردنه های سخت معیشتی ومشکلات عدیده در کشور هستیم. عبور از این گردنه ها با زنجیر کردن آزادی و عدالت ممکن نیست ، بلکه معتقدیم، با اعتماد و ایمان به همه ایرانیان ، عبور از این گردنه ها،آسانتر و ممکن تر خواهد شد.
انجمن صنفی معلمین کردستان شاخه سقز و زیویه در کنار همه معلمین ایران این خواسته ی بر حق را فریاد می زند و تا رسیدن به این خواسته از پای نخواهد نشست و از تمام نیروی خود برای رسیدن به آن استفاده خواهد کرد.
ما خواهان آزادی معلمان در بیان واقعیت ها و احقاق حقوق دانش آموزان وخانواده هایشان بر اساس اصول قانون اساسی کشور هستیم.
ما خواهان آزادی اسماعیل عبدی ها واحقاق حقوق از دست رفته ی آن ها هستیم.
