رشد و توسعه و بالندگی آموزش و پرورش زمانی محقق می شود که حقوق هیچ قشر و صنفی به ناحق پایمال نگردد . قشر عظیمی از جامعه ی ایران را معلمان و کارگران تشکیل می دهند و پایمال شدن حقوق این دو قشر یعنی اجحاف و تبعیض بر تعداد کثیری از افراد جامعه . معلمانی که در طول سالیان اخیر به خاطر مطالبات صنفی خود حکم زندان ؛ شلاق ؛ تبعید و اخراج گرفته اند و کارگرانی که بخاطر حق خواهی با اتهامات واهی حکم گرفته اند ، موید ستم پنهانی است که با به استثمار کشیده شدن معلمان و کارگران و همچنین عوض شدن جای ظالم و مظلوم در مواجهه مسئولان امر با موضوع و همانا هم راستایی با سرکوب سازمان یافته مطالبات اصناف گوناگون است. که غالبا با بی تفاوتی یا همراهی دولت ها در کنار همراهی دور از انتظار دستگاه قضایی به شدت در حال گسترش بوده است.

این همه در حالی هست که اصل ۲۷ قانون اساسی این حق را برای همه گروه ها و صنوف به رسمیت شناخته و رئیس جمهوری بر اجرا و پاسداری از آن سوگند خورده است. اما افسوس که در عمل و آن چه که تا کنون در حق فعالان تشکلهای صنفی و کارگری شاهد بوده ایم نه تنها دریغ داشته شدن از این حق و آزادی مصرح قانونی بوده، بلکه اتهام، محکومیت و زندان را نیز برای آنان در پی داشته است.
ادامه حبس اسماعیل عبدی و محمد حبیبی ، صدور احکام ظالمانه برای اعضای هیات مدیره انجمن صنفی فرهنگیان خراسان شمالی و همچنین محکومیت آقای محمد تقی فلاحی دبیرکل کانون صنفی معلمان تهران که اجحافی هست دیگر بر اجحاف های رفته بر معلمان که برای شمردنش مثنوی هفتاد من میخواهد. در کنار آن سری جدید اعتراضات کارگران هفت تپه که نزدیک به دو ماه است در خیابانهای شوش در این وانفسای سخت کرونایی و مبارزه نفس گیر در جدال با مرگ،گرمای بالای ۵۰ درجه خوزستان، دست و پنجه نرم کردن با گرانی افسارگسیخته و رها شده که راه به جایی نمی‌برد.. مسولان استانی و ملی با بی تفاوتی آشکار مطالبات آنها را نادیده گرفته و مانند اعتراضات سایر صنوف سعی در کم رنگ کردن و غیرقانونی جلوه دادن آنها دارند. آیا مسئولین از خود پرسیده اند دانش آموزی که پدر و مادرش ماهها حقوق دریافت نکرده است چگونه می تواند با فراغ بال به تحصیل مشغول باشد ؟
واقعیتی که در طول این سالها خصوصی سازی، خود را عیان میسازد مختص معلمان و کارگران نیست و در سایر بخشهای خصوصی سازی شده به چشم میخورد، خصوصی سازی هدایت شده و مدیریت شده بدون حساب و کتاب در واگذاری اموال ملت به افرادی است که تنها و فقط حمایت‌های قوی و محکم در درون دولت یا قوه قضاییه یا قوه مفننه یا نهادهای نظامی و سیاسی گوناگون را دارند. که اینگونه حمایت ها نه تنها مانع تحقق عدالت بلکه ظلم مضاعف بر معلمان و کارگران را موجب گردیده و سرمایه ملت و بیت المال را در تاراج دزدان و اختلاسگران قرار داده است.
نحوه برخورد با مواردی از تخلفات، در سطح وزرا یا بستگان و منسوبان شان و همچنین برخی از قضات و مقام های قضایی، حتی در سطح روسای سه قوه نشان‌دهنده این است که در این حاکمیت اراده مستحکمی برای مبارزه با فسادی که مثل موریانه به جان نظام افتاده است وجود ندارد یا حداقل بطور جدی شکل نگرفته است. و آنچه را که در این زمینه شاهدیم، یا کافی نیست و یا به مانند شوی تبلیغاتی است که سرانجامی جز ایجاد و القای ناامیدی از دستگاه قضایی در مردم و افکار عمومی را نداشته و نخواهد داشت.

کانون صنفی مستقل فرهنگیان آذربایجان شرقی ضمن اعتراض به احکام اخیر معلمان خراسان شمالی و حبس و زندان برای سایر فعالین صنفی و اعلام حمایت از اعتراض کارگران هفت تپه، تنها راه اجابت این مطالبات را اتحاد اصناف مختلف و پیگیری آنها از راههای مسالمت آمیز میداند و ضمن هشدار به دولت درباره حقوق بر جای مانده معلمان ، کارگران ،دانشجویان، زنان، فعالان محیط زیست، و…..حاکمیت را به در پیش گرفتن سیاست مسالمت آمیز و احقاق حقوق آنها خصوصا توجه وبرآوردن مطالبات کارگران هفت تپه فرامی خواند و معتقد است که سیاستهای سرکوبگرانه و امنیتی راه به جایی نخواهد برد و در این راه قضات آزاداندیش دستگاه قضا را بعنوان بلندگوی قانون و ضامن عدالت برای همراهی ملت جهت برخورداری از این حق فرا می خواند و بر پرهیز آنان به اعتماد بیش از حد به پرونده سازان بازیگردان، اصرار دارد.
