به نام خداوند جان و خرد

بر اساس تحلیل یونسکو، در پایان یک فرآیند آموزشی موفق و اثرگذار، دانش آموز باید به چهار ویژگی رفتاری پایدار، آراسته شده باشد:
نیاز به همواره آموختن
توانایی به کارگیری آموخته ها
زندگی کردن و اجتماعی زیستن.
پس برنامه های آموزشی باید به گونه ای طراحی گردد که «حال» دانش آموزان مانند سفته ای برای آینده مبهم یا ساختن انسان های قالبی به گروگان گرفته نشود، تا هویت ها و قابلیت های یکایک افراد، امکان شکوفایی پیداکنند و مهارت های مشارکت، شکیبایی، مسئولیت اجتماعی، رواداری و احترام به قواعد زندگی جمعی در شخصیت آنها به خصیصه های رفتاری بدل شوند.

اگر سازه اندیشگانی آموزش و پرورش در بستر نگرشی جهان شمول و تحلیلی انسان محور، بنا نشده و از انگاره های سیاسی و قدرت طلبانه، مصون نباشد، فرآورده های آن، انسان هایی هنجارستیز و غیر مدنی خواهدبود که انتقاد را با اندیشه انتقام و تحلیل منافع محور، تشویش اذهان عمومی و ضدیت با منافع ملی، تعبیر می کند؛ معلم اندیشه ساز را به بند انحصار می کشد و تربیت را به سمت تاریکزار تبعید سوق می دهد.

سال های بسیار است که آموزش و پرورش در گلوگاه چرک آلود سیاست و گذرگاه انتفاعی سهام خواهی گیر کرده است و دستاوردی جز تولید تفکر تنازع برای بقا ندارد. دراین سیر سیاه سیاست زده، معلمان به جای آنکه پیشاهنگان مدنیت و توسعه خواهی و کنترلگران بحران های اجتماعی باشند، خود در باتلاقی از بحران های مالی، شغلی، امنیتی و بی مهارتی دست و پا می زنند. به طورکلی، روند آموزش و چرخه پرورش در این نهاد قربانی مانند کارکرد کارخانه معیوبی طراحی شده تا دریک قالب مشخص و غیرمنعطف، دائما خشت بزند.

درگرماگرم شیوع بیماری کرونا، درماندگی آموزش و پرورش در مواجهه خلاقانه و اثرگذار با بحران های گوناگون، بیش از پیش نمایان شده است. درحالیکه اکثریت معلمان به دلیل خلأ آموزش های اصولی و دانش محور، ازتخلق به مهارت های مدرن، محروم و از ابتدایی ترین امکانات تکنیکال بی بهره هستند، یا مجبور به فعالیت فرمایشی درکلاس هایی می شوند که به دلیل فقدان زیرساخت های بهداشتی، تولیدی مرگ هستند و یا در اوج محرومیت از دستاوردها و مهارت های دانش بنیان، به آموزش تئاترگونه در فضای مجازی واداشته می شوند تا اموزش و پرورش نیز از قافله کلاه گذاری بر سر حقیقت و تهیه آمارهای مارصفت که بر قلب دانایی و مدنیت، نیش می زنند، عقب نمانده باشد. این شرایط در حالی است که بخش بزرگی ازجامعه دانش آموزی کشور نیز ازداشتن سخت افزارهای حداقلی دراین زمینه، بی بهره و با آن کاملابیگانه اند.

بدون تردید نهادهای مدنی و تشکل های صنفی می توانند اثرگذارترین عامل در زمینه خروج آموزش و پرورش از دامنه تنگ اندیشه های سنتی و حرکت به سمت آموزش های مدرن و روزآمد باشند که متاسفانه این امکان نیز در دستگاه فکری مسئولان، میوه ممنوعه تلقی می شود؛ به گونه ای که علی رغم صراحت اصل ۲۶ قانون اساسی، مجلس و شورای نگهبان سالهاست که باتعلیق قانون فعالیت های مدنی و تبعیدحق کنشگری صنفی، عملا فرهنگیان رابرخلاف مفاداصل نهم قانون اساسی ازحق مسلم و قانونی خود، محروم و زمینه برخوردهای قهری و غیراصولی با کنشگران صنفی را فراهم نموده اند.در ژرفنای تاریک همین خلا قانونی است که تعدادی از معلمان دغدغه مند و متعهد با زنجیری ازپوسته تفسیری قوانین،گرفتار اخراج،تبعید وحبس های طولانی مدت آن هم درزندانهای غیربهداشتی شده اند و حتی از مرخصی های متعارفی که جانیان و اختلاسگران نیزازآن بهره مندند، محروم می باشند.

شورای هماهنگی تشکل های صنفی فرهنگیان ایران ضمن تبریک روز جهانی معلم به همه فرهنگیان کشور و دغدغه مندان دلسوخته این عرصه، فارغ از هرگونه تعلق سیاسی،جناحی یا وطن ستیزانه،اعلام می داردتفکر کنونی حاکم بر سیاست گذاری های آموزشی،نگرش اعورانه درتخصیص بودجه به این نهاد، دخالت نهادهای موازی درتصمیم سازی های آموزشی، پولی سازی آموزش،محتوای غیرعلمی کتب درسی ومدیریت های عقیم در تولید فراورده های اندیشگانی، هرروز بیش از پیش، کارخانه بزرگ تعلیم و تربیت را درتولید شهروندان متعهد و مسئولیت پذیر،ناتوان ترمی کند و به سمت ناباروری تربیتی سوق می دهد. بنابراین به همه دستگاه های مسئول و تصمیم ساز،هشدار می دهد که مسئولیت مدنی و قانونی تمام بحران هایی که دراثر این کج اندیشگی ها بر حال وآینده جامعه،تحمیل شده و می شود،با آنهاست.

شورای هماهنگی ازدستگاه قضایی کشور می خواهد که بارجوع به رسالت خود دراصل ۱۵۶ قانون اساسی وآزادی معلمان زندانی،بسترجامعه را برای احیای حقوق عمومی و گسترش آزادی های مشروع،مهیانماید.
