بار دیگر نیروهای امنیتی و قوه قضاییه به‌جای توجه به مطالبات بر حق معلمان، معلمی را به بند کشیدند تا نشان دهند این حاکمیت است که قصد دارد مطالبات را امنیتی نموده و معلمان را سرکوب نماید. بازداشت دبیرکل کانون صنفی معلمان تهران آقای محمدتقی فلاحی یک پیام بیشتر ندارد و آن پیام این است که معلمان در نظر حاکمان در ایران جایگاهی ندارند و مطالبه گری و عدالت‌طلبی ازنظر حاکمیت معنا ندارد و جواب حق‌طلبی مشت آهنین است.
برای ما واضح و روشن است که این بگیروببندها برای مقهور کردن کانون‌ها و انجمن‌های صنفی و فعالان است و می‌خواهند این شور و شوق مطالبه گری که متکی به یک شعور و آگاهی صنفی بی‌نظیر در طول این دو دهه است را سرکوب نمایند اما زهی خیال باطل. جنبش پیشرو و عدالت‌خواه معلمان ایران تا رسیدن به مطالبات بر حق معلمان و دانش آموزان، با حبس و اخراج و تعلیق به محاق نخواهد رفت زیرا که این جنبش هرگز به فرد قائم نیست اگرچه از کنشگران صادق قویاً حمایت می‌کند.
در حالی این فعال صنفی شریف به بند کشیده می‌شود و برای فعالان صنفی پرونده‌سازی می‌شود که دزدان و اختلاسگران آزادند و اقلیتی بر مسند نشسته چنان مست قدرت‌اند که خود و قدرتشان را ابدی می‌پندارند اما درس‌های تاریخ چیز دیگری می‌گوید. ما در آستانه بهمن‌ماه هستیم و این ماه درس‌های عبرت فراوانی برای کسانی دارد که قدرت و ثروت و اقتدار خود را ابدی می‌پندارند.
شورای هماهنگی تشکل‌های صنفی فرهنگیان ایران ضمن محکوم نمودن ارعاب و سرکوب، خواهان آزادی بی‌قیدوشرط محمدتقی فلاحی و تمام معلمان دربند است و از تمام معلمان می‌خواهد اتحاد و همبستگی خود را برای آزادی معلمان دربند و تحقق سایر مطالبات چون گذشته حفظ نمایند.
حاکمیت باید بداند که شورای هماهنگی در برابر این‌همه بی‌احترامی و هتک حرمت از حمله به تجمعات تا دستگیری فعالان ساکت نخواهند نشست ما از پرداخت هزینه درراه اعتلای معیشت و منزلت معلمان و بهبود کیفیت آموزشی و آینده بهتر برای کودکان باکی نداریم ما خواهان کشوری مستقل، دموکراتیک و صلح‌جو هستیم و جنبش معلمان را در ادامه مسیر جنبش مطالبه گری ملت ایران برای تحقق استقلال، آزادی، برابری، رفاه و صلح و شادی می‌دانیم. پرچم مطالبه گری ما هرگز بر زمین نخواهد افتاد حتی اگر همه ما را زندانی کنید شاگردان ما پرچم ما را به اهتزاز درخواهند آورد این سنت تاریخ است.
