امروز، شنبه ۲۰ آذر، متاسفانه آقای رسول بداقی عضو هیات مدیره کانون صنفی اسلامشهر و نماینده این تشکل در شورای هماهنگی توسط پلیس امنیت به صورت خشونت‌آمیز و همراه با هتک حرمت بازداشت شده‌اند.
رسول بداقی یکی از فعالان برجسته صنفی و فداکار است که پیش از این نیز ۷ سال به خاطر فعالیت صنفی متحمل زندان شده اما هرگز از مطالبه‌گری دست برنداشته است و شجاعانه در مسیر حق‌طلبی و تحقق مطالبات معلمان و حقوق دانش‌آموزان ایستادگی نموده است.
شورای هماهنگی تشکل‌های صنفی فرهنگیان ایران ضمن محکوم نمودن بازداشت این فعال صنفی وارسته تاکید می‌کند اگر چه آقای بداقی از افراد موثر جنبش معلمان است اما امروز هر معلم یک لیدر و سازمان‌دهنده موثر در جنبش است و با بازداشت‌ها و برخوردهای غیرقانونی نمی‌توان بر روند مطالبه‌گری تاثیر منفی گذاشت. شورای هماهنگی خواستار آزادی فوری و بی‌قید و شرط آقای رسول بداقی و سایر معلمان زندانی و توقف احضار و دادگاهی کردن فعالان صنفی است و قدرتمندانه اعتصاب فردا، یکشنبه، ۲۱ آذر را در تمام مدارس ادامه خواهد داد و روز دوشنبه، ۲۲ آذر بزرگترین #تجمع خود را برای تحقق #رتبه‌بندی_کامل_شاغلان و #همسان‌سازی_بازنشستگان برگزار خواهد نمود.
شورای هماهنگی تشکل های صنفی فرهنگیان ایران اعلام می کند که معلمان مطالبه جو، مرعوب این برخوردها نخواهند شد و برای تحقق منافع عالیه فرهنگیان و فرزندان خود و فرزندان ایران به اعتصاب و تجمع سراسری می‌پیوندند.
