درخصوص برخوردهای امنیتی- قضایی با اعضای این شورا
💥گفته شده است که:
“قانون فصل الخطاب است” همچنین دراصل بیستم قانون اساسی چنین آمده است :” همه ی افراد ملت اعم از زن ومرد، یکسان درحمایت قانون قرار دارند واز همه ی حقوق انسانی، سیاسی، اقتصادی، اجتماعی وفرهنگی بارعایت موازین اسلامی برخوردارند.”
💥اگر به واقع چنین است واین اصل از قانون اساسی ، فصل الخطابِ مردم ومسئولان است ، چرا افرادی مانند جعفر ابراهیمی ،شعبان محمدی و….که از اعضای شورای هماهنگی تشکل های صنفی فرهنگیان ایران هستند ودرچهار چوب اصول قانون اساسی- بویژه اصل های ۲۶ و۲۷- به کنشگری صنفی وفعالیت مدنی درجهت استیفای حقوق فرهنگیان وارتقاء نظام تعیلم وتربیت کشور مشغولند، درمقایسه با صاحب منصبانی که عملکرد آنها مورد اعتراض است از حقوق مساوی ویکسان برخوردار نیستند؟
💥هریک از کنشگران صنفی فرهنگی که درسالهای اخیر بااتهام های مشابهی مانند ” تشویش اذهان عمومی وتبلیغ وتبانی علیه مبانی نظام” موردبارجویی قرار گرفته وبعضا بااحکام قضایی مواجه شده اند، دراعتراضات مدنی وکنشهای میدانی خود نسبت به عملکرد برخی از متولیان امر وصاحب منصبان ، اعتراض داشته اند. چگونه است که درهیچ یک ازاین پرونده ها ورسیدگی های سیستم قضایی کشور ، هرگز طرف دیگر این دعوای قضایی به مراجع ذی ربط احضار نشده ومورد باز خواست قرار نگرفته اند وهمواره شاکیان اصلی این پرونده های اجتماعی یعنی کنشگران صنفی درنقش متشاکی واحیانا مجرم درنظر گرفته شده اند وبا آنها برخوردهای قضایی سنگین شده است ؟آیا اینگونه برخورد مغایر باکلامی که درمطلع سخن بیان شد، نیست؟
💥 انجمن صنفی معلمان کرمانشاه از دستگاه قضایی کشورانتظار دارد بارعایت اصول۳۵ و ۱۶۵ قانون اساسی ومواد مختلف قانون آیین دادرسی کیفری، امکان وفرصت مناسب وعادلانه را برای این همکاران شریف وکنشگران دغدغه مند دردفاع از حقوق خود فراهم نماید.
