دیرگاهی است که مسئولان کشور در حوزه‌ی آموزش و پرورش، درپاسخ به مطالبات و خواسته های منطقی و قانونی فرهنگیان، رویکرد ستیزه‌جویی را اتخاذ کرده که هیچگاه پاسخ مورد انتظار و مطلوب از چنین رویکردی نگرفته اند.
بجای اینکه جامعه فرهنگیان بعنوان نیروی اثرگذار جامعه دعوت به مشارکت در تصمیم‌گیری‌ها و برنامه‌ریزی ها شوند،متاسفانه به حاشیه رانده می‌شوند و با حرکتهای صنفی و منطبق بر قانون آنان نیز به شدت برخورد می شود.
بازداشت، پرونده سازی و حبس فعالان صنفی معلمان، که به وضعیت نابسامان آموزش و پرورش کشور انتقاد دارند، هم برای کشور خسارت بار است و هم موجب شکاف بیشتر جامعه ی فرهنگیان با مسئولان مملکت خواهد شد.
شورای هماهنگی تشکل‌های صنفی فرهنگیان کشور پیش از آغاز سال تحصیلی و در ۲۱شهریورماه اوضاع و مشکلات آموزش و پرورش را به مسئولین یادآوری کرد و خواهان رسیدگی به این معضلات شد اما بی‌توجهی به این درخواست‌ها، فرهنگیان را بر اساس اصول ۲۶و۲۷ قانون اساسی به مسیر تجمع و تحصن کشاند.
مسئولان محترم،
آزموده را آزمودن خطاست. اگر برخورد با فعالان صنفی معلمان می‌توانست به خاموشی حرکتهای عدالت خواهانه فرهنگیان ایران منجر شود با حبس عبدی، بداقی، بهشتی، اسدی، باقری، رمضانزاده، حبیبی و…. این اتفاق افتاده بود. این قانون تاریخ است که هیچ قدرتی قادر نیست یک مجموعه ی تحت ستم را ساکت کند. بلکه باید حقوق آنها اعاده و از آنها رفع ستم شود. ادامه بازداشت و بی‌خبری از وضعیت آقای بداقی و عدم پذیرش وکیل، نه تنها صدای فرهنگیان را خاموش نخواهد کرد بلکه شرایط را از مذاکره و گفت‌وگو به سمت ادامه تجمعات بیشتر سوق خواهد داد.
لذا انجمن صنفی معلمان کردستان (سقز و زیویه) این نوع برخورد با آقای بداقی را به شدت محکوم می‌کند و خواهان تجدیدنظر حاکمیت در رفتارهای ناپسند خود با فعالان صنفی و آزادی بدون قید و شرط همکار دلسوز و شجاع‌مان آقای بداقی است.
