آنچه معیار و شاخصی قابل استناد برای اطلاع از سطح پاسخگو بودن یک نظام حاکمیتی به نسبت مطالبات مختلف شهروندان خود است، از واکاوی نوع مواجهه و گفتمان غالب در حل این دست مسائل و تلقی رایج آنان از جنس مطالبات و طبقهبندی آن به دست میآید.
با بررسی نقادانه و ضمن رعایت جانب انصاف میتوان با در کنار هم نهادن عملکرد مسئولین مربوطه، در کمال تأسف نتیجه گرفت شیوهی برخورد آنان در مقابل خواستههای برحق جامعهی معلمان، غیر مسئولانه، سلیقهای و عمدتا توام با چاشنی بدبینی و امنیتی نمودن مسئله است.
دستگیریهای اخیر ،صدور و تأیید حکم زندان برای فعالین شناخته شده و ادامه حبس سایر فعالین، از نمونههای بارز نامتناسب بودن و غیر مسئولانه بودن واکنش دستگاه قضا نسبت به کنش مدنی و قانونی معلمان ایران است.
#انجمن_صنفی_معلمان_کردستان ( سقز و زیویه) ضمن محکوم نمودن این رویهی ناروا در دستگیری #شعبان_محمدی از فعالان صنفی #مریوان و صدور حکم زندان علیه #جعفر_ابراهیمی فعال صنفی شناختهشدهی عضو #کانون_صنفی_معلمان_تهران ، خواهان پایان دادن به این نوع برخوردها است و لازمه ایجاد حس امنیت در میان آحاد جامعه را نه برخورد حذفی با دلسوزان آن بلکه ایجاد بستر مناسب برای تحقق مطالبات آنان و تمکین به خواستههای برحق و قانونی ایشان میداند.
بدیهی ست انجمن صنفی معلمان کردستان بارها تاکید کرده برخورد غیر مسئولانه ی دستگاه قضایی در مواجهه با فعالان صنفی را پاشنه آشیل نظام دانسته و مغایر منافع و مصالح عمومی کشور تشخیص می دهد و خواهان تجدید نظر کلی و اصولی در این رویه ی ناصواب است.
