همانطور که در گزارش شورای هماهنگی تشکل های صنفی فرهنگیان ایران منتشر شد، جمعی از هیات مدیره ی شورا هماهنگی به نمایندگی از کنشگران صنفی معلمان درروز ۲۲ / تیرماه/ ۹۹ به استانداری خراسان شمالی جهت گفتگو برای  دادرسی عادلانه هفت تن ازاعضای  هیأت مدیره انجمن صنفی فرهنگیان خراسان شمالی ، به شهر بجنورد سفر کردند، که قرار براین شد با 4 ارگان ( اداره ی کل اطلاعات ، آموزش و پرورش ، استانداری و دادستان استان خراسان شمالی) گفتگو شود. گرچه چند روز پیش هماهنگی های لازم با مسئولین انجام شده بود ؛ اما  متاسفانه دو مورد از این گفتگوها(استانداری خراسان و اداره ی کل اطلاعات این استان ) انجام نشد.

در زمان مراجعه ی حضوری ، بطور تلفنی از پشت درهای بسته گفته شد ، مسئولین استانداری  حاضر به دیدار با نمایندگان تشکلهای صنفی معلمان ایران نیستند، با این توضیح که: “خواسته شما به ما مربوط نمی‌شود.”

اکنون این پرسش پیش روی همگان هست که  : ” آیا مذاکره کنندگان که به عنوان معلم ، به قولی، نقش شان همان نقش انبیاء است  ،و از راههای  دور به عنوان مهمان بر آنها وارد شده اند ، جدا از اینکه چه خواسته ای دارند،آیا رسم مهمان داری  و نگهداشتن حرمت معلم چنین است ؟!

آیا در سیستم دولتی این رابطه بازی ها نیست که جای قانون را پر کرده است؟!  آیا کسانی که دارای چنین رابطه ها و زد و بندهایی نیستند ، شایسته است ، چهار ساعت پشت درهای بسته سرپا بایستند تا در پایان نگهبانها با اخم وتخم آنان را جواب کنند؟
آیا کسی باورش می شود که این مسئولین پیروان علی (ع) هستند؟

اگر برای عالیجنابان رسیدگی به خهواسته های این معلمان مهمان میسر نبود ، شنیدن حرف آنان ،نیزممکن نبود؟
آیا ممکن نبود که پای حرف آنان بنشینند، شاید به احتمال یک در هزار ؛ سخنی از آنان به حق باشد؟ تا دست کم با دلجویی، اگر نه موجب خشنودی که بر نارضایتی و خشم آنان نیافزایند؟!

راستی در چنین مواقعی خادمان مردم کجا هستند، آیا آنان در نزد مسئولین شهروند درجه دوم به شمار می آمدند؟!

بی گمان روزی آتش این بی توجهی ها، بی مهری ها و بی اعتمادی ها که بر دامن جامعه افتاده است، همه چیز را در خود فرو خواهد بلعید و به قهقهراء خواهد برد. باشد که به خود آیند، پیش ازآنکه  دیر شده باشد.

      انتظار از مسئولين براى شنيدن صداى معلمان بصورت حضورى تنها زمانى امكان پذير است كه اعتراضات سراسرى عملكرد نظام سرمايه دارى با اختلاس هاى نجومى ساختارى را مختل كند.
      تجربه كارگران هفت تپه هم نشان داد كه اعتراضات متحد و خستگى ناپذير نه تنها مسئولين را مجبور به واكنش نشان دادن كرد بلكه رسانه هاى ميلى را مجبور به شكستن سكوت كرد.
